Sounds like Baruth is still employed in VT government
“Vermont lawmakers consider banning machine gun parts” Once again people that don’t know a butt plate from a butt hole want to interject on a subject that they will inevitably pick “experts” to expound their biased views on . Lord knows that Giffords, or any of Bloomberg’s anti 2A endeavors don’t have a horse ($$$$) in the race. Right ? Of course they do . They are all “gainfully” employed, and if they want to continue to be “gainfully” employed they will have to keep turning over new rocks, so settle in for the ride, it’s bound to get bumpy !
……….”Under current federal law, it’s largely illegal to own or sell new machine guns”……..You get get a permit to buy one. It’s a Federal form and will cost you. The problem is you can’t use/shoot them in this State…. As a side note, the local, state and federal law enforcement have them. So why can’t I……
My grandfather could order a Thompson machine gun from the Montgomery Ward catalogue, and the mailman would deliver it.
Machine guns? It depends on your Federal Firearms License.
