The only cuts that were intended for the Supplimental Nutrition Program were removing those not in the Country legally who are receiving benefits (should not be receiving any Government money except for a way to home country) and those collecting in more than one State, but surely Vermont Democrat/Socialists will find a way to penalize Citizens.
