  1. Electric cars circling the earth means nothing to me, us, they them whatever, how many homes will it heat

  2. Peter Welch doesn’t give a dang about you Vermonters! If he did he and his wife (head of our Public Utility Commission) could effect changes in the VT State government like reducing power cost by reducing state fees and taxes. That could offset anything these tariffs are causing. I don’t think the average Vermonter is able to use most of the products mentioned in this sham of an article which is nothing but a political hit piece to make it look like he is doing something.

Bloviating in a self serving manner about your political opponent will not achieve a damned thing except add to his political advertising fodder. Its not like Trump will ever win in the state of VT nor will he be pressured by Peter Welch into doing anything.

So why doesn’t old Pete work on the in state members of his party who control all of our lives much more closely than any tariff or President. I guess because really helping Vermonters in a concrete way is not what he actually why he wanted to be Senator, more likely he just wanted to become a rich Senator like Bernie. I will give you at least Pete made his way through Law School which is more than you can say for the man from Brooklyn.

  3. I’m assuming ALL 100 people opposed to the facility NEVER buy from Amazon. Everyone helped Amazon grow even more during the plandemic. Sadly, while I try to buy locally whenever possible, oftentimes Amazon is the one place that has what I’m looking for when I need it. Last year I drove to three different stores looking for a very specific item I needed, finally I went online: Amazon, click click click I had it before the end of the week.
