  1. you do not need to amend the vermont constitution//// stop the bull…///////////

  2. Is this the new strategy for every new fad or special interest that comes down the pike now: amend the Constitution?

Are not our established legislative mechanisms and processes sufficient?

The last few the crafters of constitutional amendments managed to hoodwink voters about what seemed to really be more about contorting language to enshrine their pet ideologies than it was to create guarantee new rights.

    • The witchcraft wordcraft is to make one believe they are enshrining rights when they are, in fact, stripping them away. Once common, basic human rights are removed through lawfare warfare, how do they get restored? It is not justice for all. It is justice for a small segment of twisted power and control freaks. The kicker is all their dirty deals made in the dark does not establish a seat at the big table. Quite the contrary. They will be disposed of once their usefulness is no longer useful.

  3. this is great. Now how about a constitutional amendment to protect the employers who create these jobs so they don’t get steamrolled into paying wages and benefits their companies don’t have the money for. Dont hear a word from our “elites” protecting the engine that produces the jobs these unions want to destroy every chance they get.
