Why would Nikki Haley come to a progressive stronghold like Vermont? How is this a sound strategic political approach? Gavin Newson stated that she was aligned to the democratic party and Ron Desantis stated that she wasn’t a Republican.
She’s showing signs of desperation? Democrat voters avert their eyes from the Republican side of the ballot.
It might be the only primary she has a chance to win except for DC. She’s just trying not to get shut out.
Simple. Haley represents the GOPe. The GOPe will maintain a candidate as long as possible, in the event Trump can be stymied enough between now and Nov. 5th.
The possibility exists that Haley might win the GOP primary in Vermont, giving her a single minor win- I suspect there will be a deluge of D voters switching to vote R just to spite Trump. Haley is but one of many insurance policies the mitch mcconnell types have taken out to subvert MAGA and Trump.
MAGA supporters are not represented by the GOPe- in fact the Dem’s and the GOP both are in fear of this man. Have we not watched the efforts to derail Trump since 2015? Is it not clear yet that there is but one uniparty with two branches?
I’d like to see Trump come and try to shut her out.

The Vermont GOP’s influence on national presidential elections is non existent, rendering its support for controversial figures like Trump counterproductive for Vermont Republican Candidates.
Candidates aligning with Trump’s ideology, such as Malloy, have experienced resounding defeats, mirroring the performance of other like-minded candidates.
In the event of a Trump presidency, the Vermont Democrat supermajority, bolstered by the electorate’s liberal stance, is poised to counteract any policy Trump implements. Electing President will have no affect on Vermont. None!
To regain relevance and impact, the Vermont Republican Party must:
– Refocus its efforts on issues and policies that resonate with the majority of Vermonters.
– Understand that without aligning with the preferences of the state’s electorate, the party risks becoming entirely irrelevant.
– Prioritize getting elected and earning the support of the majority over maintaining a rigid and unpopular stance.
The party must choose to either stand for something meaningful to the majority of Vermont’s voters or risk standing for nothing and losing its place in the state’s political landscape.
Vermont Republican Losing TWATS Strategy
Trump – running on Trumps shrinking coattails is detrimental to a Vermont General Election candidate.
Wall – running migration and building a wall is detrimental to a Vermont General Election candidate.
Abortion – abortion is a settled issue in running on removing it more the State’s constitution is detrimental to a Vermont General Election candidate.
Transgender & BLM – are not key issues for most Vermont voters, move on
Stolen Election – Majority of Vermonters believe the stolen election narrative is false.
Your strategy seems to be for Republicans to just support the leftist Democrats’ policies. Why would anyone vote for that? Boldness wins, not always immediately, but long term.

What you’ve labeled TWATS is the democratic plan to win. It doesn’t matter what a candidate thinks or does, this will be the narrative on every publication, this will be the narrative at every debate. They always frame the conversation.
It is also the narrative used by our Governor and Party leader Dame. These guys frame the conversation the same way the Dems do!
We have to realize we have no party and build from the bottom up with new people and new leadership. There are issues that cross party lines. Happy to see Nicki Haley is coming to Vermont and may go hear her speak. She seems to be one of the few sane people in mostly insane national Republican Party. I lived in South Carolina when she was governor and she did a good job. Maybe with her as president we can get back to solving the many problems this country faces vs dealing with all the chaos and turmoil surrounding Trump. Ms. Haley cares about this country. Trump only cares about himself.

Was it ever firmly proven whether Nimarata is even ELIGIBLE to be President? Her parents were not citizens at the time of her birth. That fact alone should disqualify her (as it should have Soetero). It would seem like a very simple class-action lawsuit. If anyone is “ineligible”, it’s Nimarata, not Trump. Is there no one other than Trump who goes by the Constitution any more?
Nikki Haley is yet another public relations personality. Despite her political experience, in my opinion she has no other redeeming management or leadership qualities. I don’t think she knows how to make anything or assess anyone else’s ability to make anything (e.g., financial ratio analysis). And while I’m sure she’s a good person, she’s being manipulated by elite globalists who believe they know what’s best for everyone.
