I would like to comment about the issue of Republicans in Vermont not being allowed fair representation on the BCAs in their towns. The one discussed was in Burlington, but believe me it is pretty much state wide. I have been dealing with this in my small town for many years, including the past year. I’m not going into all of the details here and now, but I’ll just say that I was “allowed” (finally) to be a volunteer during some elections. My last “duty” was so supervised I will never put myself through it again because I’m not sure I would be able to :keep my cool” again. The one thing I was able to confirm was that there were NO Rs counting ballots. I have helped with that way back when things were different in my Town. Fill in the blanks.
Now, to the subject of the SOS office. I am very aware that I should be able to acquire assistance from them, but it is a waste of time to even make the phone call. That was confirmed by several like-minded friends that had attempted.
NO-this is NOT the State I grew up in!
You no likely Marxism?
You are not alone…..
