    The “path” that the general assembly can take, is to totally dismantle the entire law/laws legalizing yet regulating cannabis! It’s a plant! Why should a plant be regulated?? This is not a product that is manufactured, it’s a plant, it grows. The overlords under the goddess (agriculture no less, how ironic) in Montpelier will never relinquish their death grip of an income stream (tax) once in hand. This from one who doesn’t even use cannabis.
