WCAX since America is a melting pot of ethnicities please quantify “bipoc”. This is important so residents can be sure who can and who cannot qualify for such programs.
Here is a program that excludes 96% of all Vermonters and we call it good.
This is rampant and accepted, same with housing.
Vermonters are always last in a helping hand, all talk no action, suddenly when a Vermonter needs some aid, they don’t have any money. Why? Because they spent it all, is it 8 Billion now….yup, but no money for you, because your skin color is not correct.

Blatant violations of civil rights and Bill of Rights. Is there a lawyer well versed in constitutional law to take the fight to the bench? Perhaps draining the pockets of the non-profiteers through reverse lawfare warfare and billable hours will curtail their Bolshevik revolution? As my grandfather advised me – if someone picks a fight with you, win or lose, make damn sure they never forget they were in one. Most effective strike is to the wallet – they certainly seem flush with enough bank to push their fraud.
