  1. William Cole: another poster boy for why we need swift and stern consequences for habitual offenders and serial arrestees. Our legislature needs to make new laws which prescribe high bail for frequent flyers, activating adult timeouts where they are grounded in jail until they are tried for their crimes. Our state’s attorneys, judges, and departments of corrections and probation and parole then need to robustly enforce there new laws, or the same foolishness will continue to happen.
