I’d really like to know who makes up these “dozens” of legislators . If they are made up of dozens of Phil Baruths…… I do believe in term limits, a shorter legislative seasons, and 2 Senators per county. Maybe this can be achieved by leaving well enough alone ? If we pay them more, and pay their insurance they will want to be there longer. You might as well put 180 mail boxes up on Aiken Ave. and 180 beds on the 3rd floor. It’s kind of the old “build it and they will come” scenario, or like stray cats feed them tonight, and they will be back for supper tomorrow night . I want them to spend little as possible, and go home ASAP and give the State House back to the the people .
