  1. “Hands are tied” to deal with the homeless issue:
Hmmmm… where did those bonds of hell come from?
And…why not take something sharp and cut it out (cut off they right hand if offends thee…) and free the options NOT available — like camping options and restrictions — this costs nothing to the state. Porapotties might need to be paid for at some sites, but showing is NOT an issue if one has water… its the WILL to be clean not the water available itself. Potable water might become an issue, but again, a cistern that the State keeps filled would solve the problem.
    In winter?
Why not put shower campers at these sites?
These bonds are self imposed, and self regulated… we are CHOOSING to keep people from making sane choices for housing that allow them CHOICE… i.e. I could never ever live in the city or in an apartment building. I won’t go into why but I cannot.
Something simple simply to live: a yurt would be great!
But where can I put it, safely?

  2. You put your yurt on your own property and plan on defending your interests. Now, buying a small plot of land is going to be your first problem to solve and that may not be easy.

    • Nor will it be easy to put a yurt on your own property and be in compliance with the states environmental issues (sewer)
