  1. the problem is 75 percent of the people have no construction back ground
    and can not deal with these problems/// i will make the choice as to the safety of my property///

  2. My heart goes out to all the people who are caught in this nightmare. This includes all the people whose homes were destroyed by the flooding. “Hi I’m from the government and I’m here to help you.” They are learning the hard way that the government is not the answer to their problems. Too many rules, too many regulations, too little help.
