Pro-life Vermonters will join in the nationwide effort to peacefully gather to call for the de-funding of Planned Parenthood both in Vermont and nationwide. Similar events are happening all across the country on Wednesday, April 2. In Burlington, the event will be held across from Planned Parenthood’s abortion clinic, at 173 St. Paul Street, beginning at 11:00am, for one hour.
Planned Parenthood is the largest provider of abortions in the state of Vermont, in the United States of America and in the world. Annually, millions of our taxpayer dollars are sent to Planned Parenthood from both the federal and state governments.
The new administration has placed a “freeze” on federal money to Planned Parenthood and now is the time to call for fully de-funding the pro-abortion organization of our taxpayer dollars – a long time goal of the pro-life movement.

Planned Parenthood of Nothern New England has networked its way into the Vermont Legislature, the Vermont Health Department , the Vermont Education department, Vermont colleges and public schools. PPNNE has too much power. PPNNE is responsible for laws regarding gender affirming care of minors without parental consent. PPNNE is responsible for schools aiding and abetting students and teachers to deceive parents . Planned Parenthood should be defunded.
I like your comment except for the “gender affirming care” part. When they control the language, they control the narrative. Nothing about wrong sex hormones or genitalia mutilation surgeries is actually affirming or compassionate. IMO it’s cruel, unusual and frankly a lie. That spade is a spade.
” Planned Parent Hood ” , now that’s an oxymoron if I ever heard one, they ” abort” more ” babies ” then they bring to term……..that’s some plan, not to be a parent!!
Defund these butchers, they don’t deserve a taxpayer dime, let’s see if they survive
on there own.
I support defunding Planned Parenthood. We do not need this agency. The internet and medical professionals and our churches are all resources if necessary for counseling. I believe our current society is far more knowledgeable on this subject than in previous history. Our fuel assistance program is short of money.
