Following a drug investigation, Bradford Police arrested two individuals on February 3, 2025, in the parking lot of Bradford Mini Mart.
Officers from the Bradford Police Department arrested Cheryl Kozuch, 53, of Woodsville, NH, and observed signs of illegal behavior within her vehicle.
A search of the vehicle turned up crack cocaine, amphetamines, and various other controlled substances. Kozuch was immediately taken into custody. She is due in court on March 5.
Her passenger, Luke McKinnie, 22, of Springfield, MA, provided a fake ID to the police. Officers identified McKinnie as having an active Vermont felony warrant for cocaine possession. McKinnie was arrested and held without bail as a fugitive from justice.
