(The Center Square) – Special counsel Jack Smith’s team plans to use experts to testify about former President Donald Trump’s cellphone activity on Jan. 6, 2021, along with the cellular activity of people in the Capitol area on that day.
The prosecution revealed the plan in court documents filed Monday, the same day Smith asked the U.S. Supreme Court to decide if Trump’s attempts to overturn the 2020 election were protected by presidential immunity.
Prosecutors detailed their plans for expert testimony in a three-page court filing. It outlines testimony from three experts who are expected to testify at trial.
The first expert, who is not named in court documents, “plotted the location history data for Google accounts and devices associated with individuals who moved, on January 6, 2021, from an area at or near the Ellipse to an area encompassing the United States Capitol building.”
Trump spoke at the Ellipse on Jan. 6, 2021.
That first expert “will describe and explain the resulting graphical representations of that data, and it will aid the jury in understanding the movements of individuals toward the Capitol area during and after the defendant’s speech at the Ellipse.”
Another unnamed expert is expected to testify about the process of determining device location, the collection and use of location history data by Google LLC. That expert testimony “will aid the jury in understanding the movements of individuals toward the Capitol area during and after the defendant’s speech at the Ellipse,” according to prosecutors.”
The final unidentified expert specifically looked at Trump’s White House cellphone. That expert extracted and processed data from the White House cell phones used by the defendant and one other person, identified only as Individual 1 in court documents. The expert analyzed images found on the phones, websites visited and “usage of these phones throughout the post-election period, including on and around January 6, 2021; and specifically identified the periods of time during which the defendant’s phone was unlocked and the Twitter application was open on January 6.”
The Washington D.C. trial is set to start March 4. Federal prosecutors charged Trump with four counts related to contesting the 2020 election and the storming of the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6, 2021. The charges include conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, conspiracy to defraud the United States, obstruction, and conspiracy against the right to vote and to have one’s vote counted, according to the indictment. Trump has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
That trial is set to start the day before Super Tuesday on March 5, 2024, when 15 Republican primaries and caucuses are scheduled to take place.

So plotting one’s location using phone GPS technology is okay for Jack Smith but not for the True The Vote folks who used the same technology to locate the ‘ballot stuffers’ referenced in Dinesh D’Souza’s ‘2000 Mules’ documentary.
And, of course, there’s the now common refrain on the Jan 6 incident (i.e., ‘insurrection’) – ‘Who is Ray Epps?’

‘John Moynihan, former DEA employee, filed a whistleblower complaint with the Department of Justice Inspector General’s Office on November 28 alleging that Jack Smith, the Special Prosecutor pursuing Donald Trump, was engaged in an extortion scheme while he was working at the International Court of Justice.
It is no coincidence that Jack Smith, in the wake of that complaint, made an impromptu move on Monday (December 11) asking the U.S. Supreme Court to decide whether Donald Trump had immunity to the charges filed by Smith. Moynihan’s complaint was filed on November 28, 2023 and Smith, 13 days later decides to bypass the Appeals Courts. Smells like politics.
The Moynihan complaint is political dynamite because it provides circumstantial evidence to support Donald Trump’s belief that Jack Smith is not only politically motivated but corrupt. The Trump team wisely has refrained from piling on this news in order to avoid accusations that this was a manufactured hit job.’

Just watched a video of a black American man in Chicago speaking of the wide open border and the impact upon his community. I’ve seen other videos of black American men and women giving their testimony on this issue and many other issues in their communities. The common theme they are testifying to is they blame The Biden, the Democrats, and they are beyond fed up with the lies, the pandering, and empty platitudes. The influx of illegals is, in their words “replacing us” and “disrespecting us.” They also testify they know 45 is being prosecuted unfairly and it is purely politcal. As one man stated “the more they indict, the more we unite!” The conundrum for the “radicals” weaponizing the justice system against an American citizen, regardless of his title or status, is the decades long in-the-bag voter base is bolting from their rusty cage in droves. They are angry for being overrun and overtaken by illegals. As this theater of the absurd plays out, the awakening is happening across all races, colors, and creeds. It all must come to pass. I look foward to the justified disgrace and downfall of the petty tyrants and their fraudulent, corrupt shenanigans. The end is indeed near.
Jan 6 was a set up to prevent an actual electoral Congressional debate on vote fraud and bypass that option with a limited emergency session. Further, to politically and punitively accuse Trump of criminal actions, and to intimidate non-leftist Americans, many of whom did nothing but protest peacefully, and patriotically. It amounts to a soft coup.

And let’s not forget the 200 or so undercover FBI agents embedded in the crowd. There’s video of some of them surfacing too

Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley were planning to object to the certification and present credible evidence of fraud. The emergency session held after the chaos allowed for no such objections. We now know this event was filled with Feds, instigated by Feds, incited by rounds fired into the crowd without warning and that’s to say nothing of Antifa, who had been planning to false flag the protest since it was announced. Vivek Ramaswamy got a lot right in this interview. I’ve been saying publicly for a year that J6 was not an insurrection but not many people would listen. Ironically so, no one would benefit more than I if J6 was an insurrection as I (Tarik Johnson) was the Commander that ordered and led the evacuations of the Senate and the House during the J6 breach after begging former Assistant Chief Yogananda Pittman for permission to do so as she sat comfortably in the Commander Center watching the events unfold on CCTV while Chief Steven A Sund was obtaining National Guard approval and getting assistance from local law enforcement agencies.
Pittman flat out ignored me so I was forced to forge ahead with the evacuations without obtaining approval from her. Three days later I decided to call Senator Patrick Leahy of Vermont to report Pittman’s malfeasance and approximately an hour after I got off the phone with the senator I was contacted by the USCP internal affairs section and informed I was suspended. The suspension lasted for 17 months and I was under a USCP gag order not to speak about the events of January 6, 2021 to the media until I separated from the Department. I was also required to remain in my house Monday through Friday from the hours of 8am to 4pm and unable to step off my property without notifying the USCP for fear of being disciplined up to and including termination during those 17 months. These are SOME of many facts USCP Chief J Thomas Manger (who is arguably the most corrupt politician in the country) was brought in to cover-up.
