Marisa Levesque, 42, of Groton was arrested Friday after a high-speed, multistate pursuit of a stolen pickup truck that began in New Hampshire and ended when Vermont State Police forced the vehicle off the road in Barnet.
Levesque is facing charges in Vermont of being a fugitive from justice, grossly negligent operation of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude a police officer, and aggravated operation without owner’s consent. The court ordered her jailed for lack of $10,000 bail. Arraignment is scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2, in the Criminal Division of Vermont Superior Court in St. Johnsbury.
Vermont State Police said they were alerted around 12:40 p.m. that New Hampshire law enforcement was chasing a stolen 2026 GMC truck northbound on Interstate 93 toward Vermont.
During the pursuit in New Hampshire, police said the suspect intentionally struck law enforcement vehicles, triggering a crash that disabled two New Hampshire State Police cruisers and a Littleton Police Department cruiser. Two troopers and a Littleton police officer suffered minor injuries, authorities said.
The truck crossed into Vermont on I-93 in Waterford and then exited onto Interstate 91 southbound. In Barnet, Vermont State Police deployed spike strips. The vehicle left the roadway near Exit 18, where troopers took Levesque into custody without further incident.
Levesque is being held at the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks. Police said charges are pending and will be released at a later time.

Is there a correlation that can be made with mental health and un-natural colored hair?
Remember, anyone wearing a badge or uniform or driving an official vehicle is now equivalent to ICE and part of the fascist authoritarian patriarchy so must be attacked to defend our precious democracy. All privately-owned fossil fuel-burning vehicles are also part of the white supremacist, Zionist conspiracy and are free to be commandeered at will. We must make body alterations, including coloring hair in unnatural shades a basic human right. Power to the people, right on!
They all look better at closing time, but I suppose there are limits. Looks like she was in a hurry to get back to the Vermont ZOOWORLDORDER.
