Police are looking for two “armed and dangerous” suspects — Kayla Cabey, 33, and Justin French, 36 — with ties to Bradford in connection with Saturday’s road rage on Route 302 in Groton, Ryegate, and Newbury, the Journal-Opinion reports.
Warrants for attempted murder have been issued. Police now describe the incident on Saturday as involving gunfire.
“French and Cabey are known to frequent Orange, Caledonia, and Washington Counties, and have strong ties to Grafton County, New Hampshire.”
VSP urges not to approach them and report information or whereabouts to 911, local police department, or the St. Johnsbury barracks at 802-748-3111.
Cabey is also wanted in New Hampshire after she failed to appear for a court appearance. In that case, Cabey is facing drug possession charges for cocaine and fentanyl/heroin in Lebanon in January 2023. A Grafton County judge issued an arrest warrant on Monday, Sept. 22.

Restorative justice, the basic premise is you are restored. Letting criminals run free after arrest, after committing crimes is aiding and abetting criminals. We’ve done no service to the person, they have not been restored, they are not healed, and certainly no service to society, as they are want to run around, shoot, loot and steal as they see fit.
Innocent, or naive Vermonters, who are very trusting often take headlines and statements at the face value, this is known by those who are quite manipulative and use this to their own advantage.
Vermont has an epidemic going on that is not discussed in Vermont Digger, Seven days and Vermont Public.

At the VTGOP reorganization meeting they will be given two choices, are either of them good? If they are not, then the wise thing would be to say no, let’s get somebody we can all get around. These things are likely not going to be addressed.
There will certainly be no restorative justice in Vermont, because people are not being restored and are not even looking in the right place to be restored, to be healed, to be forgiven…..though we are all accountable for our actions.
There are countries that have not been restored and run by the natural man, Somalia, Haiti, Yemen, North Korea, Pakistan, the list is long and sorted. This is what life is like without a major portion of society bound in truth and love, bound in Jesus Christ. Our Vermont problem and the issue with the above countries are clearly laid out in Galatians, 5:19.
The actions that are produced by selfish motives are obvious (clearly not to everyone) since they include sexual immorality, moral corruption, doing what ever feels good, idolatry, drug use and casting spells, hate, fighting, obsession, losing your temper, competitive opposition, conflict, selfishness, group rivalry, jealousy, drunkenness, partying and other things like that.
Who says the Bible isn’t relevant in today’s world, we have entire countries on the wrong path that completely match the above scripture, along with individuals!
Compare and contrast, a spirit filled group of people, that was present for all to witness at the funeral for Charlie Kirk, hearts filled with a different spirit, led by the Holy Spirit, something few know of and suffer greatly because of this ignorance.
The truth of what happened to Charlie has still not come out
But the truth and love of God for his people, who sent his only begotten son to save us from living a life of slavery to sin, is here for all of us to embrace and be restored, to be reborn. May you be blessed with a restored heart, I ask in Jesus name. TGBTG
