Police: high on cocaine, Hartford man shoots another in the chest

Zachary Geisler, 26, of Hartford (White River Junction) was arrested November 21 by local police for Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Recklessly Endangering Another, Impeding, and Negligent Weapon Storage, in connection with the November 20 shooting at a Maple Street apartment.

According to Valley News press reports based on a police account, Geisler was reportedly high on crack cocaine when he fired into the chest of another man, with whom he was having an argument.
