Spring and warm weather is coming.. Prisoners don’t need to be housed in prison to keep warm any longer. Now they have to feed themselves. Prosecutors provide this means.
Who is being restored?
Restorative justice is just aiding and abetting criminals.
Nobody is being restored, criminals are not being restored, victims are not being restored.
