VT Headlines: Neighbors save cattle in flood’s rainiest town

About seven inches of rain fell on Hinesburg, the most anywhere in Vermont during the July 10-11 flood. In the exurban Chittenden County town, neighbors pitched in to help farmers save their cows, Seven Days reports.
