‘My husband becomes a single father today,’ NY woman says

Bevelyn Beatty Williams turned herself in to federal prison on Wednesday after the Biden-Harris Department of Justice charged her with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act for preaching the Gospel outside of a New York abortion facility.
Before surrendering herself into federal custody, Wiliams and her husband, Ricky Williams, released a video on Facebook and TikTok detailing how the ordeal has affected their family.
“Thanks to the Biden/ Harris administration. My husband is becoming a single father today,” wrote Williams. “While I turn myself into federal prison for 3 1/2 years for unlawful assembly. The ‘Pro’ black presidential candidate and vice president is destroying a black family and could care less about it.”
The administration’s charges against Williams stemmed from an incident when she was preaching outside of an abortion facility in Manhattan, New York, and allegedly blocked the entrance and injured the hand of one of the abortion workers.
According to the Department of Justice:
At various times on June 19 and 20, 2020, WILLIAMS stood directly in front of the Health Center entrances. WILLIAMS initially blocked the main entrance used by patients, causing the Health Center to have to divert patients to enter through the staff entrance. WILLIAMS responded by moving to block the staff entrance and directing others to do the same.
The pro-life activist was sentenced to three years and five months in February following a years-long legal battle with the state of New York. Williams attempted to appeal the ruling in July, but U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Rochon, who was appointed by President Joe Biden, denied the appeal.
Reflecting on the sentence Williams stated:
Today, on July 24th, at the Southern District Court, Judge Rochan sentenced me to 41 months in prison for violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. I was persecuted as a Christian standing for my beliefs when it comes to life. This is devastating news. Not only is this bond extensive for the accused crime, but she made it very clear in the courtroom that she was going to an make example out of me. The concern of being a young mother, and a stay-at-home mother, was completely disregarded.
In recent years the Biden-Harris administration has used the FACE Act to maximalize convictions and sentencing for pro-life activists, turning misdemeanors into felonies. Many of those targeted have been Catholics.
The FACE Act makes makes federal offenders of anyone who,
[by] force or threat of force or by physical obstruction, intentionally injures, intimidates or interferes with or attempts to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person because that person is or has been, or in order to intimidate such person or any other person or any class of persons from, obtaining or providing reproductive health services.
Williams, a convert to Christianity, had previously received her first of several abortions at age 15, which she says led her down a “self-destructive” path.
Williams experienced her conversion after being arrested for money laundering, which led her to create At Well Ministries. Williams’ ministry specifically focuses on street ministry and pro-life activism.
Now, Williams’ two-year-old daughter and husband will be separated from her for over three years while she serves her sentence.
Williams’ husband reflected on his family’s new reality. “No person, no American citizen should have to experience this in this country,” he said.
Obama has the audacity to speak to black men and tell black men they need to vote for Kamala Harris when Kamala Harris administration is separating me from my wife and my wife from her daughter at two years old for unlawful assembly.
“I want people to know in this country that mothers, fathers, single fathers, single mothers, that this cannot be tolerated,” Williams continued. “And you should not vote for Kamala because voting for Kamala would do things like this, right? It’s unacceptable.”
Williams then encouraged Americans to vote for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump instead of Harris:
This is what she is doing to black families in this country. She’s been doing this even in California if you look at her record, So Americans go out and vote, but I encourage y’all, I implore y’all to vote for number 45, Donald Trump.
Bevelyn also posted on X (formerly Twitter) one final time about her family:
My family and I remain hopeful and are trusting God through this challenging time. The Bible is clear that persecution will happen, but ministry continues, even in prison. Our job as Christians is to be a light, especially in dark places.
My legal team is still working on several things, but for now, this is where I need to be.

Of course the truth is in the facts, isn’t it? Ms. Williams, who has had several abortions since the age of 15, is blaming the Biden administration for her behavior and blames the US for having the FACE Act in place since 1994 (voted for by 17 Republicans) which was a bill that amended the Public Health Service Act to permit individuals to have freedom of access to medical clinics and facilities, and for other purposes. Ms. Williams, since 2019, has been traveling across the country intimidating persons trying to enter and run clinics. She broke law saying she was “not afraid of arrest or going to jail” and would take “any means necessary” including making a threat of “war” to stop a clinic from doing business. She engaged in physical contact with persons trying to use the clinic including crushing the hand of one woman. Engaging in or theatening terror is a serious crime and can result in severe legal consequences, including imprisonment, as it is classified as domestic terrorism under US law. Her lawyer, C. H. Scholar Law Firm of NYC, failed to persuade the jury of her innocence (July 2024) after a 9-day jury trial and failed to persuade the judge to alter her sentence (max sentence for FACE violation is 5 years). She claims she is being “persecuted as a Christian.” Evidently, as Ms. Williams sees it, Christians are above the law.
I don’t approve of abortion. I defend a woman’s right to choose it, within a proper timeframe.. This woman went to an extent and should take the consequences.
If Ms. Monroe’s account of physical aggression is correct, protester Williams’ standing is somewhat diminished. But then again, when Pro Choice advocates make the claim for bodily autonomy, e.g., ‘my body, my choice’, they disregard ‘the other body’ in the equation. The right to self-defense is one thing. Murdering an unborn or partially born fetus at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, is another.
Perhaps we are better served to consider Ms. Williams as a ‘Good Samaritan’, willing to put her own life on the line to protect the lives of those who can’t protect themselves.

Hold up – the Biden/Harris DOJ put a black woman in federal prison for protesting? Oh, she wasn’t throwing molotov cocktails at a courthouse or police station, defacing or destroying public propery, or waving the appropriate flag while raging, swearing and screaming at innocent bystanders? I see, she changed her mind and her heart, therefore, she is not above their laws. The regime has spoken. Carry on!
“Williams, a convert to Christianity, had previously received her first of several abortions at age 15, which she says led her down a “self-destructive” path.” When a person repents and follows the teachings of Christ, he or she becomes a Christian, throwing off the old sinful life and replacing it with a new life in the Holy Spirit. Those who label her as a hypocrite have little or no concept of the Biblical teaching “condemn the sin, not the sinner,” and Christ’s words “Let he who has not sinned cast the first stone.” We are all sinners and must continually ask forgiveness as Christians for any wayward thoughts and actions taken against Christ’s holy word.
Beverly Williams is now a true Christian who will inherit the Kingdom of Heaven. Her stance is Pro Life just as our blessed Creator values his every creation upon the earliest moments of conception. Sad that the spiritually wayward in this world can believe otherwise and become one with the dark side…their eternal fate may already be sealed unless they repent and follow Christ. It reminds me of the engaging talk Paul Bean had with Aaron Cooke on Christ and Christianity for the entire broadcast on Friday at Four several weeks back. When is the last time we heard such a refreshing open broadcast on any radio station about the case for understanding and embracing Christianity. Yet another reason I admire Guy Page for this publication after reading his background as a lifelong Christian and his work in his church.
Again, Beverly Williams is a Christian and is fighting with her life with words and actions for the lives of all innocents. Can any of us say or do the same?

I’m very happy she has found God. Kamala will never-she has eluded to that fact when she told some Christian’s singing at her rally recently that they should go to the other rally-meaning President Trump’s if they were going to sing about Jesus.
