On November 26, at about 12:30 PM, Barre City police officers were called to the area of Playground 2000 for a report of an individual that had allegedly engaged in lewd and indecent conduct.
Barre police say the complainant reported that she was with her child at the playground when she witnessed an individual inside a play structure that appeared to be watching them.
She then observed the individual “crawl” out of the play structure where she observed the individual openly masturbating. She advised that she began chasing the individual out of the park. She had also reported that she recorded the incident on her cellphone which was provided as evidence.
The individual was later identified as a 20-year-old Matthew Pouliot from Barre. He was cited to appear in Washington Superior Court on December 4, 2025, at 12:30 to answer the charges of Lewd and Indecent Conduct and is being issued a 180-day trespass notice for City owned properties.

Why doesn’t MSM play the interview with the deceased victim loudly and explicitly said “NO” when asked if Donald Trump was on the plane or was involved in abuses? No coverage of Trump cutting ties with him and throwing him out of the Mara-Lago resort after an attempt to recruit a young employee?
