A Duxbury man has been cited on multiple charges following a Vermont State Police investigation into a stalking complaint involving a 16-year-old victim, according to the Berlin Barracks.

Trooper Mae Murdock said the incident occurred on April 27, 2025, around 4 p.m., and involved conduct that took place in both the Waterbury and Berlin areas.
Following an investigation, troopers identified Tyler Fisk, 41, of Duxbury as the suspect. Police said Fisk was cited through his attorney on charges of stalking, obstruction of justice, and negligent operation.
Fisk is scheduled to appear for arraignment at 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 13, in the Criminal Division of Vermont Superior Court in Barre.
