The Orleans County Annual Life Chain will be held Sunday, October 6, from 2 PM – 3 PM in Newport, 100 Main Street next to the Emory Hebard State Office Building 

Life Chain is the largest peaceful, prayerful, pro-life, public witness in  the world of pro-life individuals standing for 60 minutes and praying for our nation and for an end to abortion. More than 2,000 cities across  North America are expected to participate for this 37th annual prayer  witness. 

Life Chain applies a Code of Conduct and is entirely prayerful and  peaceful. The 2024 Chains will bring the ministry’s total for America and Canada to over 25,000 Chains since 1987, and no illegal act by a  participant has ever been reported to Life Chain’s national office.
