Get Rid of Em.’ The Great Awakening is here. If any of you have any doubts about truth vs evil READ Page one of the website and pass it on to doubters that you may know. It is not quick but it is well researched and documents well the public theft of our health, our wealth and our souls. Continually choosing to do nothing has enabled evil beyond belief. Make yourself a cup of coffee or tea or a stiff drink and look at what your do nothing has enabled. Hold your elected officials accountable for knowing the truth and protecting you from evil. From the Town Clerk to the Governor they are our public servants. They work for you. If they can only act out of fear or bribery or are doing nothing then … Get Rid of Em. We must dare to expose evil and embrace love. On a more loving note, if you have not seen this film “The Life of Pi” it is a visual treat and will be shown on the big screen this Friday and next. Go here to see the trailer. Much love– Chris Pratt
Tis the season. Tis the season, shorter and cooler days, I start thinking about a good crock pot stew. It occurs to me that there is a parallel between a good stew and a good legislature. To make a stew, do you put some potatoes, a tiny piece of meat and water into a crock pot and let it cook for a few hours? Kind of like our legislature which consists of super majority rule, for example the Senate Natural Resources and Energy Committee which has zero republican input, flavor shall we say. No, we add more meat, some vegetables, some spices and other flavorings depending on your experiences from past food preparation, like past life experiences. We let these different ingredients, say different ideas, mingle and get exposed to each other with all the components drawing something from every other member of the legislature, I mean the stew. After many hours of this blending a change occurs to all the components resulting in a very tasty meal fit to serve your family, to serve your state. With all the complicated and potentially expensive bills coming up in the next legislature, isn’t it important, actually critical that we have a good blending of different flavors and experiences? Do you want the vastly overpriced potato and water stew or the savory blend of different ingredients, ideas, which after many hours of being together and sharing each of their inputs and strengths is ready to provide us with a sustaining, delicious meal? Does this cause you to think, does this make you hungry, or both. Vote for a blending of ideas and may I suggest voting for local GOP representatives to be an important part of the legislative stew. – John Marcotte, Williston.
Endorsement letter. Joe Gervais and Spike Whitmire are both running for the TWO seats in the Vermont State Senate for Bennington 1, Senate district. If you live in Wilmington and want to have a balanced Senate, please vote for these both of these gentlemen. There are two seats open, so vote for both. Rick Morton and Dale Gassett are both running for the TWO seats in the Vermont State Senate for Windham 6, Senate district. If you live in Whitingham or Halifax and want to have a balanced Senate, please vote for both of these gentlemen. Same situation, two seats open, so vote for both. I have spent many hours with these four gentlemen over the last 8 months. I have heard their words, seen their actions and deeds. I have witnessed their hearts. These are GOOD people. Leaders. We need leaders. We need good leaders to keep Vermont affordable for our children and grandchildren and generations to come. We need LEADERS. Fiscally smart, steadfast, dedicated, of high integrity, hardworking and caring. They exemplify these traits every day, all day. Each of these men care deeply about their neighbors, their community and their state. They care about making it possible for Vermonters to remain in their homes, attend the school of their choice, have a job that sustains them and their family. They care about us. They are willing to do the hard work to ensure we continue to enjoy those important milestones of our lives. Vote for Joe and Spike in Wilmington. Vote for Rick and Dale in Whitingham and Halifax. Thank you. —Pam Baker, West Halifax Candidate for State Representative Windham 6, the towns of Wilmington, Whitingham and Halifax.
Vote Gleason. I am pleased to endorse Jonathan Gleason for the Windsor County State Senate. A dedicated resident of Ludlow, Vermont, Jonathan is a retired small business entrepreneur and avid outdoorsman with deep roots in our community. His experience and values uniquely position him to be a strong advocate for all Vermonters. Jonathan’s extensive expertise in the oil and energy sectors makes him a forward-thinking leader in developing sustainable, common-sense energy solutions—an urgent need for our state. Alongside his background in budget and finance, he brings a disciplined approach to addressing the financial challenges Vermonters face, driven by his belief that “State Government should be accountable to the taxpayers.” As he steps forward to serve, Jonathan is focused on restoring balance and collaboration to the Vermont Senate, which has become increasingly polarized. He is committed to ensuring that every Vermonter feels heard and included, particularly those who are disengaged from political participation or community life. Jonathan recognizes the importance of retaining Vermont’s youth, who are essential to a thriving economy and to preserving our state’s tradition of local governance. While Jonathan cautions against costly environmental regulations, he emphasizes the importance of educating Vermonters about the impacts of climate change, such as severe weather events. He advocates for engineering solutions to strengthen infrastructure, especially in flood-prone areas. On education, Jonathan supports a thorough examination of per-pupil costs and sustainable funding models to ensure equitable, quality education for all students. He notes the growing strain of rising school budgets despite declining student populations, yet he remains optimistic that an affordable, sustainable solution is within reach. Jonathan Gleason is exactly the kind of pragmatic, solutions-oriented leader Windsor County needs. I urge you to support him in the upcoming election for State Senate. —Patrick Danaher, Hartford

Voters really should know the candidate stances in this election. VT Vote – found at VThope.net/VTvote.html has information on incumbent voting records and profiles. It has links to many newer candidate profiles and it has a list of those who pledge to vote NO on Act 18. There’s room if candidates still want to submit information, too. See the bottom of the page.
Do you homework
Know your canidate’s stances
And Be Sure to Vote
Was having a conversation with someone once surrounding policies. They said and I quote, ” you do know I’m a Democrat “. To which I replied “I don’t care what you are”. Most D’s vote straight ticket without a thought to what the candidates stand for. They are for the most part, a cult.
When you talk to one of these want to be political crooks, ask them about PICKPOCKETPOWELL and see what their answer is. Only ten percent will know what you are talking about. The COVID SCAM DEMIC shows how dumb these people really are. Brace for more inflation.
I believe that Vermonters know enough now about what’s at stake -our freedoms!!! Our hard earned savings are dwindling under the Harris administration. And they knew Biden was bad off yet did nothing about it until it was clearly evident during the Trump/Biden debate!!! Who will get us further in debt or save our country??? Who’s lying and who’s telling the truth????The liberal media is in free fall and going down. CBS is getting sued for taking President Trumps words out of context….they should be sued for changing Kamala answers to make her answers make more sense during a 60 minutes interview. Hugh Hewitt from WP stands up during a cnn broadcast and quits because he said he was sick of the lying by the media to actively portray President Trump as lying when he wasn’t!!.
If you look up fascism it means a political philosophy regime that exalts nation and often race and stands for a centralized autocratic often militaristic government and Kamala calls President Trump a fascists??? It’s her that using the government to back defunding the police, get antifa very violent protesters that burned down cities and killed police out of jail and called it peaceful protest!!! She got soro’s to fund progressive DA’s that removed bail, criminals revolving door reoffending so they have been in and out of jail multiple times. The open borders filling this country with very violent criminals killing Americans and allowing fentanyl to enter this country from china that has killed thousands in the last four years. She was the border czar and did nothing!!!! She is creating the chaos and by that keeping you under government control afraid and fearful to speak out against it. She is the fascist. Don’t believe me, she is more liberal than Bernie Sanders who is a socialist.
My Catholic priest today while giving his homily spoke about the elections (and they never usually will speak or get involved in politics) and he said to bring your brain with you when you go to vote. Who is best for what’s important to you, best for our Country??? Examine your conscience, be honest and ask yourself, were you better off now or four years ago?? Who is trying to destroy our country and who loves this country, loves its people, wants to return this country back to prosperity for everyone-in other words—to save it. So vote Republican across the board on Nov. 5th
