The press is trying to define the Presidential candidates by focusing on Vance’s weirdness, Kamala’s black or Indian race, and Trump’s motives. They need to Focus on real issues. There are plenty! For instance, the bipartisan Commission on National Defense Strategy says a vast majority of Americans have no idea of their vulnerability. We are unprepared to fight major adversaries and could not sustain a two-front war. This should be in large print on front pages of our newspapers.
The Commission reports our ammunition supply would only last three to four weeks. China has a larger Navy and Europe’s major adversary, Russia, has stronger industrial infrastructure for munitions and supplies. European countries lack military resources, armies, munitions, and commitment to defend themselves.
The press should be focusing on our military which is struggling to recruit soldiers because of obesity, incompetency, and lack of patriotism. What are Trump’s and Harris’s strategy to preserve our National Security? We should be challenging Biden/Harris, and House and Senate members who are spending billions on programs no longer or never relevant to enhance our national defense, not climate change and creating more debt!
Fixing this mess requires good leadership and a press exposing these vulnerabilities. If the press were objective and focused on real issues, voters would be informed on electing people who are committed to preserving our national security, rebuilding our industrial base, and revamping our military to only focus on winning. We have no time to waste.

The housing and stock market collapse in 2008 was fueled in part by the Government giving up to $35,000 to first time home buyers. Many purchasers defaulted on their mortgage payments which triggered bank failures which required a massive Federal bailout. It is Deja vu all over again with VP Harris’s strategy to give first time homebuyers a $25,000 down-payment assistance.
Kamala Harris’s plan to fix America’s home ownership crisis, which the Biden/Harris administration has been party to, also includes a tax incentive to builders for low-cost housing and establishes a $40B for city grants to find innovative solutions to meet housing needs.
We are $35T in debt today and Harris’s proposals have no funding source and will exacerbate our ballooning debt. This Biden/Harris fiscal policy is what is driving inflation and every home-seller will just increase their sale price by $25,000? When you are in a debt hole you need to stop digging and making it worse.
If we want to solve the nationwide housing crisis, deport the millions of illegal aliens who are taking up housing units that should go to American citizens. Illegals are costing us $451B a year for health care, education housing and food. Environmental and building regulations increase the cost of new homes up to 50 percent. The Harris plan to build 3 million homes to prevent displacement of 10 million illegals is laughable. We have met the enemy and it is the Biden/Harris agenda.

Ya think. In Vermont, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, hiring is pretty much restricted to Healthcare, Education and Government jobs.
Buckle up cowboy. It’s going to be a bumpy ride.
Now, if we can only get Mr. Trump to cooperate a bit and stick to the issues and Kamala to avoid them.
AWESOME letter by Frank Mazur. Unfortunately, it’s almost always the same residents crafting these opinions and without their inclusion throughout Vermont by a free press (that no longer exists) getting the message out is NOT possible.
For the most part, submitting them to VDC & having VDC readers ingest them accomplishes very little except preaching to the proverbial choir.

Mr Mazur’s comments are spot on. Unfortunately, very few in our lovely socialist paradise are paying attention, much less care. With the notable exception of Governor Scott, most of our so-called political leaders perfectly happy the direction we are heading…toward becoming a communist tyranny with the Democrats in charge, and the good of “the public be damned”.
Her plan is ghetto’s owned by the state and their minions, to which you will always be a peasant toward.
