I suspect this suggests a Thank You, John Klar, for pulling strings to get this to happen. There are a slew of school and other concerns. Vermont can keep Alliance Defending Freedom well occupied. Good location for the northern half of the state, they should look for something in the southern half, too. Maybe Gerald can find a good location there, too.
