The real question here is why is the statehouse so concerned with children and sex?
Because in the book of communists, I mean Vt legislators, the fastest way to capture the population is separating the children from their parents. Getting rid of religion and the nuclear family is the goal. Confusing them with things they do not understand. They do not have the capacity yet to understand sex. If the state gets to make all the decisions the parents no longer matter…..

Do these people read or listen to other opinions? Young kids are dying on the practice fields and courts. Why would they allow this self-assisted suicide? Oh wait now I understand. Population culling.
The age of consent for a person to have sex is 16. So WHY do they want to lower the age of consent for the STD vax to age 12? Are they that stupid and don’t realize the S in STD is for SEX?! OR..are they planning to lower the age of consent for everything to age 12 so pervs can’t be prosecuted for child sexual abuse?
Separating children from parents is the leftist playbook.
Remember when school officials and medical professionals recommended and pushed pills on children with behavior issues during the 1990s and early 2000s? Playbook known and acceleration of innoculation is depopulation and democide. A few generations worth of drugging and deception were the seeds sown then…now the harvesting and consequences are being revealed for all to see.
