Vermonters for Vermont Initiative will host a “Townhall on Energy 6 PM, Dec. 19 in Colchester with a panel of six experts on the topic, Organizer Greg Thayer said the panel will discuss the Global Warming Solutions Acts, Home Heat, Carbon Tax, Fossil Fuels, the Energy Grid, and other topics.
The Townhall on Energy will be held at the Colchester Meeting House on Main Street. The event starts at 6 pm, doors open at 5:30 pm. The Meeting House is handicapped accessible and the free event is open to the public.
V4VI is a statewide educational platform reaching out to Vermonters. The group hosted a “Townhall on Energy” in Rutland last month. Over the past three years, V4VI has hosted Townhalls and Symposiums across Vermont on CRT Equity and Americanism & Marxism.
Thayer said that the speakers panel consists of Secretary Julie Moore from the Agency of Natural Resources; Rob Roper, a public policy analyst & writer; Rep. Mark Higley, Orleans – LaMoille; JT Dodge, No Carbon Tax Vermont and a Group & Systems Engineer; Neale F. Lunderville, President Vermont Gas; and Matt Cota, Vermont Fuel Dealers Association.
After the speakers’ presentations, there will be a Q & A opportunity for the public audience. People may email questions to V4V2018@aol.com.

Rob Roper is fixated with making Trump hated blaming him for the problems of this treasonist administration. Its alarming how divisive and harmful he is, and truly brainwashed. Unable to see what this administration is doing to America, sending billions and billions to war, opening our southern border violating the nuremberg code– in reality this administration is the Chinese delivering a Trojan horse coup of America, and yet Rob Roper cannot will not, and does not admit the failures of this administration and appears hopelessly fixated on trump bashing. he would not recognize the disingenuousness of the political class foisting climate alarmism while foisting war, with its abandonment of environmental care, and failing to fund millions of small organic humane farms which would in deed and actuality cover much of our environmental problems, economic and health as well. They also do not release the technology that would free society from pollutive ways which are also the ways that place us in bondage to utilities. Its upsetting to see someone who supports the enslavement of America to the CCP sitting on this board as an expert. It’s disgusting actually. I hope readers take the time to listen to Tucker Carlsons recent interview with Alex Jones, who reads the papers of the deep state and thus knew two months ahead of the 9/11 plans, knew of the covid coup, and will tell you clearly of their planned demise of America. Ron Roper is one who promotes the end of America through ‘green policy” tho that green policy will never actually include the actions that will truly help, the farms and utility/pollution -free energy devices.

I am not “fixated on making Trump hated.” I simply believe there are better candidates in the primary. Trump is neither a fiscal nor a social conservative and I am, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that I prefer Ron DeSantis.
“Unable to see what this [assume you mean Biden] administration is doing to America.” That’s kind of a baffling accusation since I have done nothing but oppose the Biden administration and its policies.
Accusing me of being someone who “supports the enslavement of America to the CCP,” and “one who promotes the end of America through ‘green policy” indicates you have no idea who I am or what I stand for. In fact, if I am “fixated” on anything these days it is on defeating these so called green policies, and have written scores of articles, done dozens of radio shows, produced many videos over the past decade or more exposing the true costs of and corruption behind these policies. Most of these have been posted right here on VDC. So, no excuse for not having read them! 😉

It would be interesting if they expose the lies or just fight. I suspect it will be that latter, keep everyone in their prospective camps…..divided…and the uniparty will be victorious once again.

Being a conservationist for the environment is completely in the wheelhouse for the conservative republican. By being in our roots and saying for example, yes we’d like to have fuel efficient cars, help the poor and clean our air, BUT you won’t let us import or make affordable cars. Perhpps the most environmentally friendly car could have been the Tata Nano. They say they are not safe, I ask, not safer than a bike on the winter streets of Burlington?
How about clothing that keeps you warm? Why heat eveything to a high temperature when you could control your comfort of the body only.
What about Kei trucks? They already make them, we just don’t allow them. Perfect for running around Vermont and cities short travel distances.
What about Japan and their Fusion development?

If only we could harness the energy spent flapping gums and twisting tongues blathering nonstop on this fallacy scam. How many decades now? Five? Yes Neil, the jig is indeed flying up. The real threat is we have an installed regime Hellbent on war – poking the nations with nuclear weapons pointed in each direction, loaded onto ships, and easily tucked into suit cases. The constant grasp for the obvious is tiresome and beyond frustrating. Woe onto the churches and the pew riders within for turning against God and His word. Those who stand in defiance and turned away, will soon find out how that all works out. As far as the clowns with fake authority and fake personas, their day is coming – judgement day. The hour of decision is now. The climate is indeed going to change – but not what the freaks of misery are peddling. The Truth of what they are hiding with distracting scams is pouring out – their panic and desperation proves it to be so.

Remember, way back when it was Werner Von Braun on his deathbed in 1977 who revealed their itinerary, starting with “The Russians”, followed by “terrorists”, followed by “rogue nations with rogue leaders”, followed by “asteroids” as a pretense to build space weapons platforms, followed by the last item, which was to be a staged alien invasion. Since we haven’t gotten to the fake alien invasion yet, I surmise they felt we needed more softening up, so they dressed up a harmless virus with a few scary terms (spike, etc) and “statistics”, and then almost simultaneously invented the “climate change disaster”.
If Von Braun revealed it in 1977, you know damn well it was in existence long before that, so this movie we’re watching play out goes back to at least the 1950s.

Your comments beg the question: What would it take to get one step ahead of the devil’s plan they have been implementing for 150 years?
