Sanders, Welch and Balint have synchronized their Far-Leftist messaging as they work collectively online and in meetings around the State and Country. They are trying hard to sell their victim mentality mindset with gas-lighting, spin and Trump-hating to whomever will believe their distortions and lies. To sum up their message; Trump’s Presidency is to blame for ALL problems. Common sense and critical thinking will lead in the minds of those who will not believe their desperate lies and hate.
Democrats had free rein of our U.S. Government for the past four years. They worked overtime to impose their anti-American “woke ideology” of chaos and lawlessness throughout America and beyond. Biden’s inability to function as the U.S. President gave radical insider Democrats the ability to unleash their destructive agenda. Biden was propped up and sent out as needed to give the corrupt Democrats cover. No one knows who was really running our Country. Those with a moral conscience agree that Biden was used and elder abused while the U.S. People were lied to and betrayed. Sanders, Welch and Balint were silent and complicit.
Biden’s fake four years weren’t enough for the morally depraved Democrats. They abused Biden further by portraying him as capable of four more years, as they sent him out to be the 2024 Democrat Presidential Candidate. Biden couldn’t pull off the lie, so Democrat Insiders coronated their candidate of choice. The Democrats, who constantly decry a loss of Democracy, had no problem stealing the 2024 Democrat Presidential Primary from the U.S. Voting Citizenry. There was no adherence then to the pesky U.S. Constitution. Again, Sanders, Welch and Balint were silent and complicit.
During the Biden Administration there were countless unlawful and egregious actions, especially related to immigration. One of the most important Constitutional Duties of a U.S. President is to manage our borders to protect the American People. During the past four years while Biden and the Democrats were in charge, the U.S. Borders were deliberately opened up to invite millions of unknown and unvetted persons to invade our Country in violation of our U.S. Immigration Laws.
Flights were set up by the Biden Administration to fly illegal aliens into the U.S. to avoid ICE and the U.S. Border Patrol. While all Americans were forced to comply with Covid Restrictions against their Constitutional Rights, no compliance was required of illegal aliens as they were released unvetted to live in various places around the Country. The Biden Administration gave further lawless preference to the invited illegal aliens to harbor them once they arrived. As a further betrayal of U.S. Citizens, the provisions of housing, food, work, education, medical, driver licenses, voting rights, etc., were provided to illegal aliens using taxpayer monies. Once again, Sanders, Welch and Balint were silent and complicit.
Our U.S. Debt is over 36 Trillion. The Biden Administration invited millions of illegal aliens into the U.S. who are dependent on our tax dollars to be able to live in our Country. This was especially reckless during the spread of Covid. How do these actions make any sense at all; unless the agenda is to bankrupt our Country and/or to further spread Covid? Again, Sanders, Welch and Balint were silent and complicit.
Since Trump’s Inauguration the Democrats, including Sanders, Welch and Balint have a newly found interest in our U.S. Constitution and Law and Order. Where were their voices, concerns and actions for the “Law Breaking, Treasonous Actions and Betrayal of the American People” for the past four years of the Biden Administration? The double standards and hypocrisy are blatantly obvious to all. How do Democrats expect to be trusted or taken seriously NOW by any thinking, reasoning citizen?
President Trump is working to clean up Biden’s lawless immigration mess among many other issues. Some don’t like him, but he was elected to be our U.S. President by the American People. Spending time and efforts hating and lying about Trump to oppose his legitimate Presidential authority is a waste of time and taxpayer resources.
To Sanders, Welch and Balint: Here is a reminder of your Oath of Office. Please read and take your Oath seriously. If you don’t have the maturity and self-control to do your job, please resign. Vermonters need trustworthy, authentic and ethical representation.
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me GOD.”

They definitely need to reread their oaths, however, today it seems that too many on Left, if not all, view an oath of office as a formality and not words to live by
They remind me of the Japanese proverb regarding three “wise” (?) monkeys, See no evil, hear no evil, and speak no evil, without the “wise” part. Of course they are still Larry, Curly, and Moe .
A great reminder for them would be to dethrone them!!
This article evokes the same message to the opposing team (GOP). It’s a sad commentary on the blindness of the people who support the current administration and all of the law breaking the trump administration is doing. We all have passionate views and pent up feelings about how this Country has evolved. It’s time to stop throwing missiles and blowing up parts of the Country you don’t like. Perhaps meeting to discuss what can be done to make better policy and enforcement would help move us toward a stronger position. War destroys everyone, no matter who wins. We can rebuild without leveling cities and killing each other (verbally). Stop attacking and instead, offer YOUR solution. Lead people to your point of view without threats and nasty comments.
The wars currently going on around the world are a DIRECT result of Biden policies. The burning and looting is NOT being done by conservatives/republicans.
NPR, CNN, MSNBC, and the other mainstream media are lying to you, and they have been for years. A bigshot CNN reporter has admitted as much.
Perhaps you would benefit from broadening your horizons a little.
100% … the real people in control of BOTH PARTIES love our infighting. Dividing us via protests & violence (happening in LA ~ with proof it is being funded ~ it is suspected by Soros ~ advertisements were found on Craigslist to pay participants in the riots a lot of $ to feed the fire in LA).
#DividedWeFall … the real Oligarchs Bernie cries about would like nothing better than the USA to have a Civil War so they could enforce Martial Law.

We all watched and listened to this ” senile ” old man for years, yes Biden was having mental decline, and his party put him out there, like a puppet on a string. we all saw it daily, and If Sanders, Welch and Balint can look us in the eye, a want us to beleive Biden had no mental decline, we know they are lying or are completly inept.
Wake up people, they only care about what will keep them in power, no matter the cost, just look what they did to Biden and to the country in his administration, but Vermonters must be the ” real stooges “, for voting these clowns year after year, and they know it, as they fill you full of BS and you buy it !!
I think to myself about the people who voted these idiots into office…. Are they deciding to reevaluate their votes and looking to reason, or are they cheering for these morons.
It is easy to type and reply with quick epitaphs – but what is needed are those who DO something and TEAM. Where were these people for the last election. Yes, enough Vermont voters surfaced to change the Montpelier landscape from completely destroying Vermont, but this holding pattern isn’t doing much to turn away the detrimental votes of the past. Where are you Vermonters who care about the Clean Heat Standard fiascos? Who thinks 9.1 billion in taxes is inappropriate hike in 5 years up from $5.8 in 2019 is ridiculous? Who thinks billions spent on homeless concerns with funds dumped into vouchers instead of something with a concrete plan to have produced a viable solution was a Covid sucker punch of Vermont tax payers?
Do any of these resonate enough to encourage you to team NOW and make a float to inform Vermonters that their support of NO Kings is a misaligned allegiance? We should be proud of our military, our flag, and a president who sees through the smoke and is taking steps to show off America’s military strength in a peaceful manner as a means of de-escalating the global warmongering voices. If you won’t team now – will you before the election? Better now – so you start to get to know and team and know your community networking.
Ernie, I never said that the Dems were good and the GOP was doing all bad things. Both parties have become entrenched with their own opinions and bad actions. So, my point is to STOP pointing fingers and step up to LEAD with your good ideas. Stop bashing and being part of the cancel culture. Let’s all start to work together instead of starting a war with our neighbors just bc they have a different point of view. Wouldn’t it be good to fully understand a different point of view before you throw a punch? Something to at least consider.

But Ted, you never said the ‘Dems’ were doing ANY bad things. And you didn’t say what laws the Trump Administration was breaking… implying that they may be breaking every law and doing every bad thing, and that the previous administration was completely above board.
It’s called ‘deceit by omission’. It’s not what you say, or what NPR says. It’s what you and NPR don’t say that attempts to create the false perception of a situation.

Indeed. Wouldn’t it be good to understand a different point of view… rather than imply that the conservatives on this forum don’t already do so?
Again… to you and others opposing the conservative points of view expressed here on VDC… please, if you have a specific gripe, be specific. We can’t understand your point of view when you consistently fail to substantiate it… which is why many of us are suspect of your intentions.

It is already illegal under penalty of perjury in Vermont not to remain true to you Oath of Office. But where is the mechanism to in force the charge of perjury?

Every officer, whether judicial, executive, or military, in authority under this State, before entering upon the execution of office, shall take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation of allegiance to this State, (unless the officer shall produce evidence that the officer has before taken the same) and also the following oath or affirmation of office, except military officers, and such as shall be exempted by the Legislature.

When are the people of Vermont going to call a spade a spade. This state has been taken over by Communists and the people that have voted for Sanders, Welch and Balint are either Communists or too stupid to know they and the people they voted for are Communists. Stop calling them liberals, Democratic Socialists and Progressives. Call them what they are COMMUNISTS.

I totally understand your point. To clarify my previous comment(s), both parties and/or all parties, in my observations and opinion are doing wrong. Both parties have done some things right also. To be very clear, I am a Republican. I however don’t believe in lying and cover-ups. I don’t support the cancel culture mentality either. I appreciate your observations about my opinions and your willingness to talk about specifics. These discussions can lead us to write constitutional length commentaries and I was just trying to be succinct.
There is a lot to discuss and work out. We are, after all, all citizens of this great country. Change is sometimes painful and biased media and manipulative posturing to protect a point of view makes it difficult to know the real truth. The frog has not jumped out of the pot of boiling water because the erosion of moral values has been heating up slowly for many, many years. My hope is that we can somehow stop thinking the other side is absolutely evil (which ever side) and start to find solutions. Human nature has shown us that we are a selfish species but can rise above our base nature. I try to be better and fail often. Thank you again and it will be interesting to look back 3 years from now and see how our country has changed.
