State Police said Thursday, November 6 that beginning in August 2025, Mt. Holly foster parent Eugene Jennings, 56, committing sexual acts upon multiple foster children while under his care.
These include a sexual assault upon a 14-year-old male in July or August of 2025, Lewd / Lascivious Conduct upon a 15-year-old male in August of 2025, and Lewd / Lascivious Conduct upon a male who was between 15-17 in 2023-2024.
Jennings also provided alcohol and marijuana in different forms to all 3 juvenile victims, state police say.
Following his arrest this week, Jennings was transported to Rutland Criminal Court for an arraignment to be held Thursday, November 6.

I probably shouldn’t comment here what I think should happen to him. May he never be able to repeat his behavior.
I do have a question. WHY did it take so long for it to be discovered?
The other question is, why did it take so long to ARREST him when they knew about this behavior…
An editor / contributor for NAMBLA once said “scratch a homosexual and you scratch a pederast”. That comment has been scrubbed from the internet but the proof is in the pudding. This is how they recruit into their movement and justify their behavior.

It would be interesting to know how decisions are made at the state level or within an NGO and who actually makes those decisions about who are qualified to be foster parents. I would suspect that someone of a “non-straight” orientation would be given priority as a matter of demonstrating a celebration of diversity and overt virtue signaling in our progressive, socialist utopia of Vermont. A tragic case like this is the predictable result.
It’s not a glitch it’s a feature of the program.

Unfortunately, most of the evidence we’ve seen in terms of state policy, despite their vehement protestations to the contrary, indicates that they do not truly care about children. Think: their rabid push for abortion, vicious attacks against parents who desire to protect their children, transgender chemical and mutilation lunacy, and their refusal to uphold norms of decency, privacy, and separation for females in locker rooms, rest rooms, and athletic teams.
The insanity behind these kinds of decisions reveals a demonic agenda from hell which informs and motivates those who create and promulgate policy which puts children in harm’s way.
