CPAC claims evidence of Wisconsin illegal ‘ballot harvesting’ | 31 Oct 2024 | In its effort to catch election fraud, the Conservative Political Action Conference this week claimed it had photographic evidence of illegal “ballot harvesting” in Wisconsin. Chairman Matt Schlapp said his CPAC Foundation filed a complaint on Wednesday with the Wisconsin Elections Commission, complete with a witness account of the alleged crime conducted in broad daylight outside Milwaukee City Hall. The witness said in a statement that he saw somebody jam up to 500 ballots into an unguarded ballot box and then flee once he realized that he was being photographed. In Wisconsin, the law requires that voters personally handle their ballots. It bans the collection, or harvesting, of ballots by others, CPAC said.

In addition to the initial 6,300, another 1,600 persons have been removed from voter lists in the Old Dominion pursuant to Youngkin’s EO. On Wednesday morning, the Supreme Court issued the stay by a 6-3 vote, upholding Youngkin’s EO and keeping the noncitizens off the voter rolls in Virginia… Liberal Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Kentanji Brown Jackson voted to deny the stay.
