  1. eclipse gold rush/// no one in their right mind would pay 500.00 dollars a night for a room//// oh, i forgot, this is vermont///

  2. Man plans.
    God laughs.
Oh but wait… the geoengineers are fascists too…and no doubt have cleared the …errr…skies for a good viewing day.
    Hang onto your solar hats…

  3. Did anyone read the article about the homeless being displaced for the eclipse? The woman said she is making $700 per week at a gas station and is waiting for affordable housing while the state picks up her rent at The Days Inn.
    What?!!!

    • Idk. I paid my own rent, single mom of 1 and made less. Drove an old car and didn’t eat out or buy stuff

    • I was making $800 a week and nobody will rent to me. I don’t make enough, they say. Which is kinda true, considering the overinflated rents. I am terrified I could end up in a similar situation very easily. I can’t compete again couples with 2 salaries. I’m a very sad situation many Vermonters could end up in. Working full time and can’t find a place to live. It’s no joke.
