Trump Lawyers Blast Corrupt Fulton County DA for Prematurely Posting RICO Charges on Website – County Clerk Claims Docs ‘Fictitious’ | 14 Aug 2023 | President Trump’s lawyers Drew Findling and Jennifer Little blasted Fulton County for posting the proposed charges against Trump before the grand jury even deliberated. The corrupt Fulton County court website briefly posted several charges against Trump – including RICO charges – before the grand jury had even closed. A Fulton County clerk said the Trump indictment documents posted online were “fictitious.” However, the document had an assigned case number and judge. President Trump’s lawyers said of the documents posted online: “This was not a simple administrative mistake. The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has once again shown that they have no respect for the integrity of the grand jury process. This was not a simple administrative mistake. A proposed indictment should only be in the hands of the District Attorney’s Office, yet it somehow made its way to the clerk’s office and was assigned a case number and a judge before the grand jury even deliberated,” the lawyers wrote.

The wire service also published a copy of the document listing the charges before it was removed from the site. A spokesperson for county District Attorney Fani Willis said the report of charges being filed was “inaccurate” but declined further comment, according to the Associated Press.
Engineers Discover Nationwide Cellular Network Connects Election Equipment and Gives Federal Government Access to Election Systems at Precinct Level – Report | 14 Aug 2023 | A growing majority of Americans know the 2020 election was fraudulent… Experts could not fully explain how systems within individual precincts which are supposedly “air-gapped” were adding votes in real-time — such as KnowInk poll pads in Texas that added hundreds of votes to the 2022 midterm election after the polls had closed. To accomplish election fraud at individual polling places, it is necessary to have an air-interface with the supposedly “air-gapped” equipment networked at the polling place. A year-long research project led by an election integrity investigator from Utah, Sophie Anderson, and communications engineer, Dr. Charles Bernardin, has uncovered the mechanism that is being used to connect our election equipment at polling places across the nation… After submitting a countless number of public documents requests from multiple federal, state, and local governments, and working with other grassroots researchers, the team realized that the federal government has indeed created a nationwide network that is capable of collecting and changing real-time voting data at polling places across the country from a central location. The private network tool is called FirstNet, and like so many things that have proven detrimental to American liberty — it was sold as a tool to ensure public safety.
Hunter Biden’s appointed special counsel called a ‘clear violation,’ ‘illegal’ | 14 Aug 2023 | Chiming in on the appointment of Hunter Biden’s special counsel, a prominent Harvard law professor is warning that the U.S. attorney leading the investigation is in “clear violation” of the Department of Justice’s regulations. “It’s illegal. The regulation provides clearly that special counsel have to come from outside the government for good reason. What’s so special about a special counsel is that he doesn’t have to answer to the present administration, he’s independent,” Harvard University law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said on Mornings with Maria Monday. “But if you have somebody who serves at the pleasure of the attorney general, and obviously as the U.S. attorney serves his pleasures [as] part of the administration, that person shouldn’t be serving,” he continued. “It’s in clear violation of the regulation itself.” On Friday, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed U.S. attorney David Weiss as special counsel in the Hunter Biden probe investigating the alleged Biden family business dealings. Weiss had also previously led the [lack of] prosecution in Hunter Biden’s tax and gun charges.
NIH Royalty Payments Raise Questions About Fauci Testimony, Show Wuhan Lab Ties – Watchdog | 10 Aug 2023 | The National Institute of Health (NIH) received approximately 325 million in royalty payments over a 12-year span from pharmaceutical companies and research organizations, according to new documents obtained by nonprofit government transparency organization Open The Books. Open The Books received records detailing more than 56,000 royalty payments to NIH members Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) between 2009 and 2021. The government watchdog organization has been seeking these NIH royalty payment records for nearly two years, as part of a series of FOIA requests. The NIH has fought the document disclosure requests and these documents came through new productions in a Washington, D.C., federal court case. Last year, Open The Books estimated the NIH received as much as 350 million in royalty payments between 2009 and 2020. The organization revised that figure downward as the NIH provided new details about its royalty payments.
Ukraine matters to Biden more than Hawaii – Ron Paul | 14 Aug 2023 | Joe Biden is demanding another 24 billion for Ukraine while the US “disintegrates,” former Texas congressman Ron Paul wrote on Monday, pointing out the unprecedented devastation from the Hawaii fires. It’s “hard to look at recent footage of the devastation in Maui and then hear President [sic] Biden tell Congress that he needs another 24 billion for Ukraine,” Paul said. “How can this Administration continue to justify tens of billions of d-llars for this losing war that is not in our interest while the rest of the United States disintegrates?” The US has poured “well over 120 billion” into the “proxy war on Russia,” Paul added. He cited a Heritage Foundation analysis that calculated this comes out to 900 from each and every US household, at a time when most Americans say they can’t afford a 1,000 emergency. “How many Americans would rather have those 900 d-llars back in their pocket rather than in the pockets of Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon, and Ukraine’s oligarchs?” Paul asked, noting that even the establishment media is now admitting “Ukraine is not winning and cannot win.”
Democrat allowed illegal immigrant charged with sex crime to move into America’s top tourist spot –Second migrant part of Adams resettlement program charged for sexually assaulting woman –Western New York’s Erie County says no more asylum seekers will be sent from NYC after arrest of 22-year-old migrant | 13 Aug 2023 | The National Guard has been deployed to western New York after a second migrant brought there through New York City Mayor Eric Adams’s (D) controversial resettlement program was arrested on sexual abuse charges. Erie County officials charged that a third party contracted by New York City to handle the migrant hotel operation might have obstructed local police investigations into the assaults and are demanding that the Biden administration and Congress act at the federal level to properly address the crisis. At a press conference Saturday, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz, a Democrat, said no more asylum seekers would be sent from New York City until security measures involving the migrants could improve. He said New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) agreed to place National Guard members at each of the hotels housing asylum seekers to act as a “stabilizing presence.”
