  1. “Perception Wars: The Battle to Control Reality.”

I listened to NPR this morning (first mistake – except for keeping one’s friends close and enemies closer – and according to Steve Innskeep (propogandist extraordinaire) the debate is over. Harris has already won. Hands down.

NPR uses the classic argumentative essay form of presentation in a conversational format between presenters (Steve Inskeep, the ‘host’ of Morning Edition, and ‘reporters’, all of whom are ‘voice-over’ actors posing as journalists). They follow the carefully composed conversational script – actually role-playing the debate – and voila… Harris finally has the opportunity to ‘introduce herself’ (as though she hasn’t been VP for the last 3 ½ years) and demonstrate her presidential acumen, former prosecutor that she is, as she holds Trump accountable for his rude, misogynistic, racist, behavior, all the while exposing his ill temper and constant lying to ‘the American people’.

MSNBC, CNN, and the other three major media stations don’t hold a candle to National Public Radio when it comes to ‘psy-op’ propaganda. If Trump wins the debate, and then the election (a big ‘if’ given the silky-smooth rhetoric of his NPR detractors), his ‘day-one’ executive action should be removing federal funding from NPR.

Oh, ‘censorship’, they will cry out.

No. NPR has every right to broadcast whatever it wants. But they don’t have a right to federal subsidies. Especially given that NPR is anything but ‘educational’ (its mission according to the original charter) or pretending to be ‘commercial-free’, falsely characterizing its extensive commercial revenue as ‘underwriting’.

NPR is the consummate wolf-in-sheep’s-clothing. Yes, it has soft-spoken orators, cuddly human-interest stories, and classical music interspersed in its repertoire.

But NPR’s honey is pure poison.

    • That’s all about the circle of corruption….non-profits, helping out non-profits, most all of whom just happen to have a marxist agenda……it is really good propaganda, have to give them credit for that.

See in Vermont, “nobody” will watch the debate, they will get their news from trusted sources, NPR, VPR, VTDigger, 7 Days, Front Porch Forum and consider themselves informed, but they won’t know anything about the actual discussion.

Vermont is really good about covering up corruption, theft and lies.

Remember how suddenly there were more Ukranian flags across our state vs. American flags? Every backwoods corner? And 2 days prior nobody could find Ukraine on the globe, aside from it having one of the most corrupt governments on the planet…..

      yeah Ukraine…..

      We are pawns.
