In 2011, Nicole Matten of Barton, Vermont brought her healthy, seven year old daughter Kaylynne to the doctor for a “well-check up” where she was injected with a Fluzone influenza vaccine. A few days later, her daughter died in her arms on the way to the hospital. The Death Certificate listed myocarditis and influenza vaccine. Can you imagine this heartbreaking devastation? 

Horribly there is more. 

Nicole decided to file a lawsuit but because of the Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, Big Pharma –which are serial convicted criminals tried and found guilty of fraud, experimentation, and false advertising– is completely shielded from all liability related to childhood vaccines. Vaccines are the only product with this level of protection. A fact that has resulted in severely compromised safety testing, with virtually zero placebo controlled clinical trials on products injected into babies- the epitome of anti-science (a topic for a later time)

Instead of suing Big Pharma for damage or DEATH related to a vaccine, you sue the United States Department of Health and Human Services and they are represented by this small, little law firm, called the DEPARTMENT of JUSTICE and you go to a special court called Vaccine Court. 

Despite the fact that a tiny fraction of vaccine injuries make it to Vaccine Court due to money, time and often lack of awareness around cause of damage or death, over $5,000,000,000- yes that’s 5 billion dollars– have been paid to victims since 1988.

After more than 12 years within this hostile, exhausting, expensive legal process, Nicole received the maximum amount of compensation at $250,000 for the death of her precious, beloved child from a vaccine that she was told is ‘safe and effective’. The Matten family’s public testimony is available on the Vermont Legislature website. 

We all know there is a time and place for drugs, they can save lives but every single medication, vaccine, surgical procedure and intervention comes with a benefit risk analysis that one has a right to factor into their decision making process. This enshrined practice is known as informed consent and it is rooted in the Nuremberg Code of 1947 which was established after the unimaginable human experimentation during World War II. 

Vaccine injury is real and much more common than we realize. In my small nutrition practice, prior to the covid injections, I worked with just under 100 vaccine injured people. Since the operation warp speed, synthetic biology, covid injection roll out, that number has skyrocketed.  The majority of vaccine injuries and damage are neurological, cardiovascular (including blood clots), and autoimmune conditions- yet another topic for another time. 

The recently RE-introduced Vermont bills, H.60, H61 and H.69 have been supported and sponsored by Vermont representatives over the past years. This is not the first session that these health choice bills have been introduced. Representative Mark Higley (R-Lamoille) sponsored these bills this year and more legislators than ever signed on in support.  The intention of these bills is noted below.

H.60 – An Act relating to prohibiting discrimination based on vaccination status

H.61 –An Act relating to body autonomy and health care decision making

H.69 –An Act relating to reporting on adverse reactions related to immunizations

These health choice bills serve as a reminder that vaccines hold risk and that informed consent and the right to choose or the right to refuse is essential to the health of humanity. Hopefully one day these bills will cross the threshold and become law as more awaken not only to the reality of vaccine harm but also to the lies perpetuated by Big Pharma that serve their bottom line at the expense of humanity.

A suggestion would be to get past the smear campaign that these individuals have undergone as they seek truth grounded in research and experience and attempt to share it with humanity. Reading the actual books is the only way to evaluate their worth. Big Pharma has billions of dollars to spend marketing their products, shaping societal perception and destroying their critics, especially within the insanely lucrative vaccine product industry where market forces have been eliminated and Big Pharma holds no responsibility for adverse events and deaths associated with their products. 

We have been told vaccines are ‘safe and effective’. The history and data do not support this. In essence, we are playing Russian Roulette. Is it your child who will be sacrificed or not? Would you vaccinate your children after one of yours has been harmed or killed? 

If you believe that vaccines are your best choice, it is absolutely your right to choose this for yourself and hopefully you will seek and be offered an in-depth benefit risk analysis to help guide your choice. Also keep in mind that if vaccines work, you would be protected, right? 

And before many leap to the programmed and typical reaction that “these unvaccinated people will spread measles”, it is important to understand the role that true public health measures such as clean water, proper sewage disposal, nutrition, hygiene, toxin reductions and air quality measures played in reducing infectious diseases. 

You may be shocked to understand that infectious diseases dropped significantly once these public health measures were implemented and 96-98% of measles was eradicated before the measles vaccine was even developed- to be discussed in Part 2.
