  1. You never quit, do you, VTDigger? Another veiled, snob-nosed, “We know better than you” cheap shot. Par for the course.

Dr Mercola is anything but “The Most Influential Spreader of Coronavirus Misinformation Online”. Dr Mercola is actually one of “The Most Influential Spreaders of Coronavirus Information Online”, along with RFK Jr, whose book on the topic is the most well-documented, complete, and best I’ve ever read. It should be required reading for both high school and college students.

As to Chelsea Green, methinks Ms Baldwin is putting lipstick on a pig. Trust me, there is no way, NO WAY, Chelsea Green will continue to employ a Vermont workforce. That’s how it always goes when a giant piranha gobbles up a smaller fish. Current employees of Chelsea Green should be planning their exit strategy. Now.

I’m also curious about the selling price. It seems very low to me. A publisher like Chelsea Green should have been worth $20 million, easy. So why take an offer for $5 million?

  2. VTDigsters just can’t contain themselves for their hand in taking down one of the few businesses Vermonters can be proud of that has a shred of integrity and interest in the truth, and freedom of the press…and because they are all those things, targeted by those who delight in trolling them into extinction, like bullies do.
One publisher is something to claim and be proud of.
The other is corrupt, no interest in truth at all, and only in mammon… and the next EV off the line…

    They’ve fought the good fight.
It remains to be seen if any of the more controversial second opinions they published will remain in the publishing queue…
    Pray for publishing!
