NH cloud seeding ban gets hearing, then ruled ‘inexpedient’

The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration has a ‘cloud seeding’ aircraft certification program, as reported in an aviation industry press release.
Interest in cloud seeding and other weather modification programs has grown as similar research by climate change scientists goes mainstream. A controversial plan (not yet approved) to release sulfur dioxide in the upper-atmosphere to cool the earth’s climate was reported in a New York Times page one news story Sunday August 4.
The FAA program seems to focus on lower-atmosphere seeding, as well as crop-dusting. Seeding clouds with silver iodide is a common practice in drought-ridden areas and uses both manned and unmanned aircraft.
The FAA is directed by Michael Whitaker, a Vermont resident recommended for the post by Sen. Peter Welch. As reported by VDC Sept. 11 2023, the Biden Administration picked the Norwich resident to lead the FAA. Whitaker, a former deputy administrator of the agency, led the FAA’s drone integration program during the Obama administration.
Textron, the parent firm of Beechcraft, announced the Saudi Arabian government last July ordered five turboprop aircraft for weather modification.
According to the press statement, the company would “certify the Federal Aviation Administration approved Supplemental Type Certificate modifications for cloud seeding and atmospheric research equipment. Together, Textron Aviation, WMI and FJC will provide the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Meteorology with the newest technologies in cloud seeding and atmospheric sciences instrumentation.”
Welch AI for climate monitoring bill dies in committee – Welch, D-Vermont, was a co-sponsor of S.3888, a bill to use AI to fund the use of artificial intelligence for climate and atmospheric monitoring and other, unspecified, related projects.
The ‘‘Transformational Artificial intelligence to Modernize the Economy against Extreme Weather Act’’ or the ‘‘TAME Extreme Weather Act,’’ was introduced on March 6, and referred to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation. It did not pass out of committee.
New Hampshire ban on cloud seeding also dies in committee – A New Hampshire bill pushing back against cloud seeding and other efforts to control the atmosphere suffered the same fate. HB1700 would ban cloud seeding, Granite Grok reported in January 2024. The bill actually had two public hearings, but was ruled ‘inexpedient to legislature’ in February.

Last month when VDC asked Governor Scott about man made weather modification he said it wasn’t happening. SCOTT LIED ! He wasn’t misinformed, he lied. Patents for weather modification have existed for many years, excelerateing after WW2. The chemicals used fall back to earth. It’s in our water, it’s in our soil, it’s in our vegetation, it’s in the meat we eat (as their feed is grown in the soil and the water we drink). Brought to you by Globalist who have Senators, Representatives, and Governor’s in their back pocket . . . . . like Welch and Scott.
This has been known, in the US and in England. I’ve seen the clouds. Montpelier should know about this as a cause of “CLIMATE CHANGE” They are using CLIMATE CHANGE to tax people. The devil is coming out of the closet. The Montpelier people are greedy. They think people don’t know the truth if it hit them in the face. People are Shepople and will believe anything. “We have their money and they have little of nothing”, say Montplier. CLIMATE CHANGE is another tax, money thay can burn into nothing programs. How many grandiose programs voted into law / regulation have occurred to increase taxes when the programs / regulations are a farce, especially under crap titles. I swear Congressperson Piglosi is behind this.

People should be concerned about this because whatever they are spraying in the sky comes down to us on the ground. Why are we messing with the climate with chemicals that may harm anything and/or everything on the ground, specifically our water and soil. Poisoning the air we breathe, the water we drink and the soil our food is grown in. No wonder there are so many sick people both physically and mentally. Look for the term Safe and Effective if you question the spewing of chemicals into our air! Yes, it’s time for the people to wake up!

Often times, they do these types of things as “Military operations” because they don’t have to follow any laws or regulations that they don’t themselves make up. They aren’t subject to FAA rules. Also, it’s difficult if not impossible to FOIA the information about it.
Absolutely, lets publicize all the folks involved in this REAL man made climate change. When we find pollutants on our farms and properties, we can sue the bejesus out of the perpetrators, and give all their helpers the credit they deserve. This has been going on for longer than I have been alive.
According to historical accounts, Geoengineering was used during the Vietnam war. The Air Force was cloud seeding above the Ho chi min trail which was the main supply route from China to the Vietcong in South Vietnam. The object was to turn the trail into mud making supply shipments from China difficult.
Geoengineering is not new but now it’s used to dim the sun through cloud cover for so-called climate change to cool the atmosphere and is no doubt causing torrential rain around the country, our country. Just look to the sky on a clear day and you will see these high-altitude planes crisscrossing in a pattern leaving a trial of chemicals to dissipate slowly. Engine exhaust crystals will disappear quickly, the chemical trails will linger. That’s how you tell the difference.
Why don’t these climatology “experts” who brag about their answers to weather changes simply show us just one realistic solution to what they percieve to be a disastrous problem? Start with hurricanes…show us a plan to dissipate the formation of a Hurricane Debby and to direct its path out to sea for a start…cant do it?…you cant do anything to alter the Chief Climatologist’s plan (God)…your feeble and arrogant efforts to show that man can control the will of our Creator’s plan is blasphemous, reprehensible, and utterly useless…Vermont Legislators are willing participants in these atheistic and destructive endeavors…repent, read the Bible, and produce some intestinal spiritual fortitude to bring about real change.
Follow the money… qui bono? This is a HUGE money-making scam for chemical and aeronautical companies… another boon from the govie contract division… and there is no law around CONSENT to being sprayed with KNOWN CARCINOGENS that has the commenters above noted… have been getting into our bodies (and NOT seen as the cause for increased cancer (!), neurological issues, or systemic failures like failed immune systems) and OTHER CAUSES given by an uninformed medical community that is AFRAID to say they don’t know what is causing the increased illnesses (since Antoine Bauchamp debunked Pasteur’s virus theory – his experiments could not be replicated according to Koch’s principles)…and are even afraid if they do know, to recommend a protocol for healing which would include daily detoxing and cleansing, filter air and water, and staying away from processed foods… which we can do ourselves.
Until they stop poisoning us, we are on a death spiral. Its already happening. The kill shot was the atom bomb on hiroshima for Vermonters and the world… AI wants us DEAD DEAD DEAD… we are threat to their sterile human boring driving world…
I prefer the mysteries of God’s world… its wondrous and amazing. Our bodies are too and our ability to heal is still untapped by medicine…and oh… there is a difference between ‘medicine’ and ‘healing’ — one sells pills and surgery…the other takes a look at your beliefs and lifestyle habits and replaces them with something your body can thrive on…but that’s harder cause you actually have to invest in your own health with time and effort and focus. Oh yeah. Sorry. Didn’t mean to disturb your snooze…

A few years ago, I wondered why the lettuce I was growing looked like the leaves were speckled with silvery-metal looking spots….now I know. Appears the depopulation plans are well underway…death by a thousand cuts – or slow, systemic poisoning that makes the Nephilim corporations big profits. Better living through chemistry! Try living an organic life while being sprayed with “inorganic” chemicals from above.
Another reason why we need a large number of republican leaders elected to breakup the supermajority of progressives in the Vermont house and senate to get everyone talking about geoengineering and the plan to ban it like in Tennessee.The governor needs to talk about this geoengineering program that has been taken place for quite awhile now and he needs to come clean on the subject—I’m hoping that someone who’s asking the questions in the debates will be brave and start asking pertinent questions about cloud seeding, dimming the sun so all Vermonters can open their eyes to the slow death our government has in store for us all and why…..the people from New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts who have moved here since Covid would greatly appreciate knowing about geoengineering in Vermont and what it will do to their health. I mean didn’t they move here for their health?
