Breaking: Trump is blocked from appearing on presidential primary ballot by Colorado Supreme Court | 19 Dec 2023 | The Colorado Supreme Court has disqualified former President Trump from appearing on the state’s ballots in 2024. The disqualification, which was made under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, is related to the Capitol riot [aka the “fedsurrection”] on Jan. 6, 2021. The Tuesday ruling is stayed until January 4 because of likely appeals. Three justices on the Colorado Supreme Court dissented. “The Colorado Supreme Court has ruled that Donald Trump is barred from the Colorado ballot for inciting the January 6 insurrection and attempting to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election. This decision may be appealed,” Griswold wrote.

Ukrainian trial demonstrates 2014 Maidan massacre was false flag | 11 Dec 2023 | A massacre of protesters during the 2014 Maidan coup set the stage for the ouster of Ukraine’s elected president, Viktor Yanukovych. Now, an explosive trial in Kiev has produced evidence the killings were a false flag designed to trigger regime change. Two police officers charged with the mass shooting of opposition protesters in Kiev’s Maidan Square in 2014 have been released after a Ukrainian court determined the fatal shots in the infamous massacre were fired from an opposition-controlled building. On October 18, 2023, Ukraine’s Sviatoshyn District Court determined that of the five officers on trial, one would be acquitted outright, while another was sentenced to time served for alleged “abuse of power.” The remaining three, who no longer live in Ukraine, were convicted in absentia on 31 counts of murder and 44 counts of attempted murder.

Ukrainians tell MP they would give up citizenship to avoid conscription –Some 74% of men and 65% of women said they would opt to hand over their passports in Facebook surveys | 19 Dec 2023 | A majority of Ukrainians responding to a Facebook poll by a leading lawmaker have said they would be willing to renounce their citizenship in order to avoid being drafted into the military. In a series of Facebook posts on Monday, Mariana Bezuglaya, an MP from President Vladimir Zelensky’s ruling party, initially asked female followers if they would give up their Ukrainian passports to avoid potential forced mobilization to “rear positions” in the military industry. Even though the lawmaker emphasized that frontline combat positions are currently out of the question for women, some 65% of the more than 3,800 respondents said they would renounce their citizenship rather than take the risk.

  1. Why are there no articles about Russian political troubles here at VDC? The answer can’t be that there are none.

  2. Regarding the Colorado case, the Chief Justice wrote the dissent. Before the TDS cluster-b’s pop their champayne bottles, the dissent outlines legal facts that gives the Federal Appellate court the correct application of law to overturn the decision. The good news about all of these cases is it exposes all the justices, judges and prosecutors who are political operatives, unfit, and unqualified to occupy the bench or hold a license. Lawfare warfare and boomerangs incoming.

    • The colorado SC is pretending and playing liberal games. This “ruling” is impotent, once Trump appeals to the USSC. There is a stay built into the Colorado ruling, until Jan 4th 2024 stating that once Trump appeals, the stay is maintained. The Colorado ruling does not state that a decision of such appeal is required, only that an appeal be made.
However, this will start a new round of lawfare regarding Trump. I wouldn’t be much of a stretch that Vermont’s liberal elitists will attempt the very same lawfare trick- even though Trump has no chance of winning more than Vermont’s own impotent primary. Those VT residents and voters afflicted with TDS (including mr. philscott)
can be assured that between the voting majority and Vermont’s chicanery regarding elections assure whomever runs as the democrat candidate will win in the general by a landslide.
What is a concern to all citizens and voters regardless of party- is that lawfare has entered into elections. While D’s and P’s might find this favorable currently, It will bite hard in the future. This country is waking up to the dystopian future being forced upon us- and will not react well.
Remind me again what actual Trump policies that were enacted were injurious to any American citizens, excepting convicted criminals. I’d take a few mean tweets over the dystopian nightmare joe Biden’s handlers have enacted in the past 35 months.

  3. Politics, especially elections are a peaceful form of warfare. Take away the ability for the people to vote for the candidate of their choice and im afraid the peace component has been removed. This is very, very dangerous. I don’t want to see any violence but im sure some of the people that support this ruling do. Anyone else notice all the new civil war movies coming out now produced by leftists? Coincidence? I hope so.

  4. The powers that be will stop at nothing to prevent Trump from winning, including assassination, according to Tucker Carlson.
