Senate Republicans urge Biden to suspend China travel amid uptick in respiratory illness | 1 Dec 2023 | Senate Republicans called on Joe Biden to restrict travel between the U.S. and China in response to a rise in respiratory infections among children in China. Since mid-October, China has reported an increase in respiratory diseases, which officials attributed to the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions. Chinese authorities have said these infections are being fueled by known pathogens like the flu, RSV, COVID-19 and a common bacterial infection caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae. In their letter to Biden, however, Senate Republicans repeatedly made references to a “mystery” and “unknown” illness affecting children in China.

First human case of new illness found in UK –The virus is similar to a pathogen that until now has been found only in British pigs | 27 Nov 2023 | Public health authorities have detected the first human case of a new strain of swine flu circulating in the UK. While the patient recovered after suffering only mild symptoms, a swine flu pandemic in 2009 killed almost 20,000 people worldwide. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) announced the discovery on Monday, stating in a press release that the illness, a variant of the H1N2 virus, was discovered during routine testing. The virus is distinct from the H1N2 variant that sporadically affects humans around the world, and is similar to a strain normally found in British pigs. The patient experienced a mild illness and fully recovered, the UKHSA said.

Texas Sues Pfizer for Misrepresenting COVID Vaccine Claims, Censoring Americans | 30 Nov 2023 | Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Thursday that he’s suing pharmaceutical giant Pfizer for “misrepresenting COVID-19 vaccine efficacy.” Paxton issued a news release describing in detail how Pfizer systematically misled the public about vaccine efficacy as well as attempting to “censor public discussion” about their mRNA products. “The pharmaceutical company’s widespread representation that its vaccine possessed 95% efficacy against infection as highly misleading,” the letter reads. “That metric represented a calculation of the so-called ‘relative risk reduction’ for vaccinated individuals in Pfizer’s initial, two-month clinical trial results. FDA publications indicate ‘relative risk reduction’ is a misleading statistic that ‘unduly influence[s]’ consumer choice.” It continues: “Pfizer was also put on notice at that time that vaccine protection could not accurately be predicted beyond two months. Nevertheless, Pfizer fostered a misleading impression that vaccine protection was durable and withheld from the public information that undermined its claims about the duration of protection.”

A similar report appeared in Bloomberg last month, alleging that Washington was forced to dip into its stocks at home and in Europe to shore up Israel. The publication also pointed out that the U.S. had not disclosed the supposed weapons shipments publicly. In its article on Friday, the WSJ claimed that since hostilities broke out following Hamas’ deadly incursion in early October, the U.S. has shipped approximately 15,000 bombs, including 100 of its 2,000-pound bunker buster bombs.

The Spanish ambassador in Tel Aviv was also summoned for a protest. Speaking with the Spanish broadcaster TVE, Sanchez said he had “serious doubt” that Israel was in compliance with international humanitarian law while waging war on the Palestinian group, given the imagery coming from the enclave and the “growing numbers of children dying.” “Because of the outrageous remarks by the Spanish prime minister, who again repeated baseless claims, I have decided to summon the Israeli ambassador in Spain for consultations in Jerusalem,” Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen said on X.

Ex-WH adviser Steve Bannon believes George Santos expulsion could fuel GOP ‘civil war’ | 2 Dec 2023 | Steve Bannon believes George Santos’s expulsion from Congress could fuel a GOP “civil war.” The former White House adviser said on his on War Room podcast Saturday that he thinks ex-House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, (R-Calif.) and other anti-Trump Republicans masterminded Santos’s political demise. “This is McCarthy to screw MAGA,” Bannon said. “This is a thing to jam up” current House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.). Santos “is not a guy you want to defend,” Bannon admitted, but he argued the expulsion is a lot bigger than the lying Long Island Republican.

In a first, GOP-led House ousted Santos without conviction; Dems Menendez and Rangel got free pass –Expelling a member of Congress requires a two-thirds vote in either chamber, according to House and Senate rules. | 2 Dec 2023 | By ousting Rep. George Santos, R-N.Y., without a criminal conviction, the GOP-led House took an action never been done before on Capitol Hill. For example, Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., was indicted on bribery charges. There have been some calls among Democrats for his resignation but he has vowed to continue serving, is fighting the legal charges, and he is not facing expulsion. According to the Department of Justice, more than 480,000 in c-sh — much of it stuffed into envelopes and hidden in clothing, closets, and a safe — was discovered in his home. Local newspapers reported that Menendez reported federal income of 170,985 in 2018, including his Senate salary and rents from property he owns in Union City, N.J., Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., said on ABC’s The View that “the more important picture is that we have a colleague in the Senate that actually did much more sinister kinds of things.” “Senator Menendez needs to go, and if you are going to expel Santos, how can you allow somebody like Menendez to remain in the Senate?” Fetterman asked.

Trump can be sued for Capitol riot, court rules | 1 Dec 2023 | Former U.S. President Donald Trump is not immune from being sued over his alleged role in instigating the January 6, 2021, riot on Capitol Hill, an appeals court in Washington, D.C., ruled on Friday. Democrats and Capitol Police officers took legal action against Trump in the wake of the violent protest. In a unanimous verdict, the court rejected Trump’s argument that “presidential immunity” forbids him from being held liable for the events of that day, which took place while he was still in power. In a speech to his supporters before the riot, Trump told them to “fight like h-ll” against his election loss [sic], but to do so “peacefully and patriotically.”

Democrats’ star J6 witness Cassidy Hutchinson made significant changes to her story, memo shows | 30 Nov 2023 | Three months after she testified as the Democrats’ star witness at the Jan. 6 congressional hearings, former Trump White House aide [and lying sack of deep-state sh*t] Cassidy Hutchinson submitted significant changes to statements and information she had provided in transcribed interviews with the U.S. House of Representatives dating to February 2022, according to an errata sheet reviewed by Just the News that was kept from the American public. The 15-page-long errata sheet, uncovered recently by Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., includes significant changes to Hutchinson’s account of key events in the Capitol riot drama, including what Secret Service vehicle transported Donald Trump to the Jan. 6, 2021 rally, whether guns were at the Washington D.C. rally that preceded the riot, and what she knew about a meeting where “Hang Mike Pence” chants were allegedly made. The errata sheet contained a digital signature from Hutchinson approving the changes. Legal experts said errata sheets for congressional witnesses are common but usually are limited to technical or typographical errors. The experts who reviewed Hutchinson’s errata sheet dated Sept. 12, 2022, said it appears to make material changes to her stories.

Crisis in New York: 94-year-old vet struggles to move on after nursing home evicts him, replaced by migrants –The veteran and his daughter say city ‘more worried about migrants’ than Americans | 29 Nov 2023 | Frank Tammaro, a 94-year-old Army veteran, loved the senior center he’d called home for five years until he was told to find somewhere new to live. “I felt horrible,” Tammaro told Fox News. “It’s no joke getting thrown out of a house.” Months later, after two moves and an injury that put him in the hospital, the senior was living with his daughter when he learned migrants were moving into his old residence, free of charge. A lifelong New Yorker, Tammaro says he grew up in the “slums” of the Lower East Side during the ’30s and ’40s. “I do get upset when I see them handing out all this m-ney and all these things, and I’m paying taxes and getting kicked out,” he said. “I’ve never got anything from the city. Or the state.”

Biden’s DOJ Fines Tennessee Christian Trucking Company $700,000 for Requiring Workers to Disclose Legal Status | 2 Dec 2023 | Biden’s Department of Justice has slapped a whopping 700,000 fine on Covenant Transport Inc. and the affiliated Transport Management Services LLC, both stellar examples of Tennessee’s robust transportation sector. The recent decision by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to impose a 700,000 fine on Covenant Transport Inc., a Christian trucking company based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, raises significant concerns about the overreach of federal power and the disregard for the realities faced by businesses in regulating their workforce. The DOJ, under Joe Biden’s regime, claims this measure is to resolve alleged violations of the anti-discrimination provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) by Covenant and its affiliated entity, Transport Management Services LLC. The department accuses Covenant of discriminating against non-U.S. citizen workers by requiring specific documentation to confirm their legal status to work in the United States.

  2. I want to hear more about Ken Paxton’s plans to investigate Pfizer and Moderna J&J for the increased number of cancer cases since Covid escaped a China biolab and the vaccine was introduced. I want to know state by state how many new cancer cases there have been and how many people have died and/or have bad prognoses. I believe there are many vaccine injuries that need looking into as well. Every AG from every state should be onboard to investigate and file for an extra large class action suit against the pharmaceutical companies. All AG’s Except for Vermont’s -she’s making certain no parent can use religious exemptions to prevent their 2nd grader from being groomed and receiving transgender ideation propaganda. Why can’t she see the damage she is doing? She needs to do her job!!!!
