  1. Doesn’t the Governor usually make announcements such as this ? I don’t remember the Treasurer making much for announcements other than unclaimed property, or financial literacy initiatives for students before this.

  2. Vermont Treasure is the new Federal Reserve and can issue money without legislators approval. Now what non profit is going to gain with this money????? Now, do we have a housing problem or are we just laundering money with more bonding????
