  1. How much of that $25 million will be designated to the UVMMC Transgender Youth Program? B. Thomas Golisono, the donor, underwrote the Clinton Global Initiative.

  2. If the HMS Titanic had been named the HMS California, Charity Clark would have bought a 1st class ticket on the ship as it was taking on water. Has she ever not voted for a multi-state law suit that California was a part of ?

  3. The misleading headline above makes it seem like The Trump Administration is responsible for suspending SNAP benefits. Really? Not even DJT could wave his magic wand and start the flow of benefits all by himself. Ever hear of Congress? They are one of three co-equal branches of our government, and the budget ball is in their court. Hint how about focusing on pressuring Congress to do its job with our US Budget that if you hadn’t noticed is way out of whack with no regular budgetary order for YEARS. Functioning instead by the crazy “continuing resolution” route that has given us 2700 page budgets delivered in the middle of the night with no chance to adequately read, review, or debate ! Past Speaker Nancy Pelosi once famously quipped , ” We have to pass it in order to see what’s in it”.
Instead the Dems want to ADD $1.5 Trillion of debt to the $37 Trillion hole we as a Nation are already in. And most amazingly are willing to hold ALL SNAP benefit recipients hostage and in real pain till they get what they want. This is madness. So who are you mad at? Trump? Ball is not in his court. Republicans? They have voted more than a dozen times recently to start those benefits flowing again at Biden era levels. The blame can’t be on them. That leaves, you guessed it , the Democrats. Start with Leader Schumer and work your way down the Senate Democrat rolodex, and forget the expensive lawyers.

    • Really, King Trump can’t just wave his magic scepter and command the funding to continue? The No Kings rallies were more successful than anyone could imagine…because we have no king.

    • Republican Senator J. Hawley was working last few days, gaining momentum with GOP Senators on a Bill that would only fund SNAP until shutdown ends, he was vilified by Democrats who have started a campaign to sour GOP Senators on the subject

  4. Calamity Clark is like a log going over the dam and enjoying the thrill of the ride payed for by you taxpayers. Comment from Richard Day. This is the lawyer employment program.
