A New Hampshire couple has pleaded guilty to federal charges stemming from a 2024 crime spree that included an attempted cannabis dispensary robbery and a pair of bank robberies across Vermont.
Federal authorities say Christopher Boisvert, 34, admitted in federal court in Burlington earlier this month to armed bank robbery, and Meghan Cox, 31, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery.
According to court documents, the spree began on August 26, 2024, when the couple tried to rob the Rolling Twenties cannabis dispensary in Rockingham.
After being refused entry, they left and later robbed a TD Bank in Bellows Falls, where Boisvert threatened staff with a knife and claimed he knew where their families lived. An hour later, Boisvert entered Brattleboro Savings & Loan, displaying a knife and making similar threats before fleeing with approximately $5,000.
The couple was identified through surveillance footage and later apprehended after a multi-agency pursuit that ended in Massachusetts. Upon searching the abandoned getaway truck, investigators found a knife, facemasks, and other evidence linking Boisvert and Cox to the robberies.
Both now face up to 20 years in prison and are scheduled for sentencing in September.

Can we secure our border with New Hampshire? Haha
Why did Vermont banks hand over money to some guy with only a knife?
Businesses and even banks, out of fear of lawsuits and bad publicity have instructed their employees to just bend over and give it up, even if NO weapon is displayed. That’s how soft and pussified our society has become under years of democrat/progressive governance.
