The United States Attorney’s Office for Vermont stated December 2 that Jason McGrath, 45, of South Burlington, was sentenced by federal judge Mary Kay Lanthier to 120 months’ imprisonment to be followed by a 10-year term of supervised release. McGrath previously pleaded guilty to attempting to entice a minor to produce child sexual abuse materials (CSAM, also known as child pornography). McGrath has been detained since his guilty plea.

According to court records, McGrath corresponded with two people via an internet messaging application, offering to pay money for the production of original CSAM. McGrath sent money to the users in an effort to obtain CSAM and received CSAM from at least one user that depicted a child as young as 8 years old. McGrath also exchanged over 1,800 messages with a third person, coaching that person as to how to sexually abuse an 11-year-old girl, providing explicit instructions, and requesting photographs of the abuse.

Usually, the onset of winter puts a damper on the activities of chronic nude exhibitionists, but this man seems to like it cold, despite the likely shrinkage. Oja, the public masturbator and exhibitionist should go to Montpelier to lobby for recognition, perhaps a special “pride week” to bring more public acceptance for his chosen lifestyle activities. Surely another letter can be added to the alphabet soup of LGBT…. to accommodate his special interests? Maybe “A” for auto-erotics or “E” for exhibitionist? Or is that what the “+” is for?
Well, I personally love rolling naked in the snow, but that’s after exiting from 15 minutes in my 200 degree sauna…and that’s in my own private yard. Yeah, I think he’s got different issues going on. 🤔
Only but a few years ago, one could somehow safely meander around the “Once Upon A Time” Store in Brattleboro to sort through antiques and vintage furniture & accessories. Odd as it may seem, I never noted anyone masturbating in there.
I can’t wait until more & more tourists & second homeowners get wind of all this insanity and head just a tad further into New Hampshire. Then and only then, maybe these lunatics & drug runners might wind up in ‘da joint where they belong. Money talks, right Montpelier?
