Covid-19 MRNA vaccine shedding in breast milk really happens, vax critics are saying following a September 26 study publication.
Trace amounts of Covid-19 MRNA vaccines were detected in the breast milk of five of 11 women enrolled in a study published in the September 26 Journal of American Medicine.
The CDC reports that 91.5% of Vermont mothers breastfeed a child at least once.
“These data demonstrate for the first time to our knowledge the biodistribution of COVID-19 vaccine mRNA to mammary cells,” Dr. Nazeeh Hanna and the other researchers stated in the study funded by the Department of Pediatrics, NYU Langone Hospital–Long Island, New York University Long Island School of Medicine.
However, the sporadic presence and trace quantities of Covid-19 vaccine MRNA “suggest that breastfeeding after COVID-19 mRNA vaccination is safe, particularly beyond 48 hours after vaccination,” Hanna said.
The study offers another “it’s safe, but….” statement: “We believe it is safe to breastfeed after maternal COVID-19 vaccination. However, caution is warranted about breastfeeding children younger than 6 months in the first 48 hours after maternal vaccination until more safety studies are conducted.”
The study advises further study of possible impacts on the immune systems of children six months of age and younger. Also, “It is critical that lactating individuals be included in future vaccination trials to better evaluate the effect of mRNA vaccines on lactation outcomes,” the study concluded.
For Substack blogger Igor Chudov, the JAMA study proves what he and other vax critics have long claimed.
“Remember how we said that vaccine shedding is a real thing and breastfeeding after vaccination is dangerous? Our warnings were dismissed as “misinformation” and we were cast as ignorant, science-denying cranks,” Chudov said. “Well, now the Journal of the American Medical Association published a letter that proved conclusively that mRNA vaccine shedding is real! The vaccine mRNA is indeed shed in breast milk and is affecting babies that receive said milk.” he said.
