Letters: Mazur on Trump, Manley on mailed ballots, Wheeler on Ms. Information, and Danaher on Murray

Looking for change– I am worried about the direction our country is taking.  I am looking for change when it comes to improving our economy, closing borders, and permitting only legal immigration.  We need to stop gender misinformation, and wokeism, respect law and order and support peace through strength, not appeasement.  Simply put, current policies of Biden/Harris are just not working and need to change.

This election is not about Donald Trump but about voters like me who are angry.  I want a street fighter who will reverse the influence of lobbyists and special interest.  I want an outsider who will “blow up” the current system of DC elites that are not listening and say people like me are bigoted, homophobic and racists for not accepting their fundamental changes to my country.

Fair or not, that is what I see in Trump.  He is not perfect.  He is often blunt and nasty and says things that are embarrassing.  But I do not care because I want a to change and restore sanity, respect, and strength to my country. “If you do not take an interest in your government, then you are doomed to live under the rule of fools.”  Plato. -Frank Mazur

Criteria for democratic voting principles:

What we have today FAILS Each and every one of these criteria. Most of these criteria are embodied in Vermont Title 17 (the law books), but the progressive new addition of mass-mailed ballots (cast anonymously) legislation contradicts all previously standing law. The electronic tabulators do not have any standing in law, but have been forced on us over the past several decades. The Vermont Secretary of State will not allow anyone to see what is recorded on those machines, but instead, requires a public FOIA request and months to deliver an edited version of the information that is captured on those machines. The postal service is a federal agency, controlled by federal agents and elected officials.  60% of all votes that will be cast have already been cast.  For Vermont, most of those ballots either came from out of state or went out of state for “processing.”–S. Adam Manley

Ms. Information. Led by their kackling disgrace of a presidential candidate the Marxist political and media crowd are terribly concerned about “right wing” misinformation, disinformation and their latest category- “mal-information” (admittedly true claims that don’t support their agenda). Discerning people should recognize two huge flaws in the arguments being made.

  1. The only information that should be feared is that which is foisted on the public by government authorities.  The 1st amendment headlines the Bill of Rights specifically to protect us from the tyranny of speech and thought control by the people who have the real guns, the power to tax us and even to starve us when we don’t agree with them.  The kooky village atheist with his conspiracy theories is like comic relief compared to the FBI knocking down doors of pro-life speakers and concerned citizens daring to show up and express their parental concerns at school board meetings.
  2. The other factor that must be understood is the need for argument and counter-argument.  Elon Musk has spoken clearly and correctly about this.  You have the right to say “Two plus two equals five.”  But everyone else has the right to disagree and demonstrate why your claim is wrong!  This process of claim and counter argument is the best path to publicly agreed upon truth.  Censorship ruins this process.
  3. So I want to identify another type of speech- Ms. Information!  This consists of dogmatic oft repeated statements that do not come with any objective support.  Another term for this is propaganda.  The explicit and implicit claim of too much CO2 in our air is a perfect example of Ms. Information.  It is impossible physically but because it has been stated so often throughout the media world by important people most people totally accept this absurd notion without question.  Other examples involve the ridiculous ideas of more than two human genders and the plausibility of changing a person’s gender.

Censorship and Ms. Information are the communication stock in trade of totalitarians.  We must learn to recognize and reject and oppose all of this as incompatible with Americanism! Glenn Beck has a brand new book that provides details about these issues- Propaganda Wars: How the Global Elite Control What You See, Think, and Feel.  –Ed Wheeler
