Jennifer LaBonte, 45, of Essex Junction, was sentenced Monday, March 17 in US District Court in Rutland to four months of imprisonment following her guilty plea.

The accused, Zamir Paley, 30, of Wilder, already had two warrants for his arrest. They were for “DUI-drug, cocaine possession and retail theft.”

An investigation into a recent suspected homicide case in Orange County has led to federal gun charges against a three-time convicted felon from Bradford, officials said.
