Walking in traffic, shooting a gun

A Colchester man was arrested in Royalton for walking in traffic and shooting a firearm, according to a report by Vermont State Police.

On July 20, at 5:18 p.m., troopers responded to a report of a man recklessly endangering motorists while walking along Route 14. The man, later identified as 44-year-old Steven Foster of Colchester, was located on Shurlock Road in possession of the firearm.
