The law firm of Pajcic and Pajcic was started in 1974 by brothers Gary and Steve Pajcic. Since that time, the law firm has continued to grow by providing the best service possible to clients and looking out for the safety of the public.
Currently the law firm has 16 attorneys, has handled over 10,000 cases and recovered over $1 billion for their clients. In 2021, the firm won a $1 billion verdict against two trucking companies after an 18-year-old driver was killed in an accident while stopped in traffic due to a massive backup on the interstate.
Seth Pajcic, son of founding partner Gary Pajcic, is licensed to practice law in Vermont, is a Vermont resident and has expanded the firm to Vermont with an office in his hometown of Grafton.
Seth came to Vermont from Florida in 2021, with his wife, Kathleen, and his two children, Patrick and Maggie. He is an active member of the Grafton community. Since arriving in Grafton, Seth has served as chairman of the Planning Commission and is currently a member of the Select Board, a Justice of the Peace and a member of the Development Review Board.
Seth grew up in North Florida, but has New England roots through his paternal grandmother. His family arrived in New England in the 1650s and remained until the 1790s, when they headed south ultimately settling in rural North Florida before Florida was even a state.
Seth has a B.A. in history from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he played football; a M.A. in Political Management from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.; and a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
After graduating from law school, Seth worked as a criminal prosecutor in the State Attorney’s office in Jacksonville, Florida, prosecuting crimes ranging from DUI to second degree murder.
Since 2007, Seth has been a partner at Pajcic and Pajcic with a focus on representing those individuals harmed due to medical negligence. Seth is an AV rated attorney and has been recognized as a Top 25 medical malpractice lawyer in the United States by the National Trial Lawyers.
