‘No time frame’ for ending Iran war – Trump | 23 April 2026 | The U.S. is not setting any deadlines for concluding the war against Iran, President Donald Trump has said. The remarks contrast with Trump’s earlier claim, made shortly after the U.S. and Israel launched attacks on Iran on February 28, that the fighting would last “four to five weeks.” He also repeatedly said over the past month that the war would be over “very soon.” The U.S. president told Fox News on Wednesday that there is “no time frame” and no rush to end the conflict. “People say I want to get it over because of the midterms, not true,” Trump said. Trump’s approval rating on the economy has fallen to a new low of 30% as energy shortages caused by the Iran war continue to drive prices higher, according to an AP-NORC poll published earlier this week.

The message comes after U.S. President Donald Trump extended the ceasefire with Tehran indefinitely on Tuesday to allow time for a potential deal, while keeping American naval blockade of Iranian ports in place. “Israel is prepared to renew the war against Iran,” Katz said on Thursday. “We are awaiting a green light from the United States…to complete the elimination of the Khamenei dynasty…and to return Iran to the Dark Age and the Stone Age” by destroying its key energy facilities and economic infrastructure, he said.

The documents, which have not been previously reported, show how expansively the Trump administration is carrying out a directive from last August to vet green card applicants for “anti-American” and “anti-Semitic” views. The administration includes criticism of Israel as a potentially disqualifying factor, with the training materials citing as an example of questionable speech a social media post that declares, “Stop Israeli Terror in Palestine” and shows the Israeli flag crossed out.

‘Stop this insanity’: Angel mom rips Newsom, Dems for bill to use taxpayer dollars for illegals’ defense | 22 April 2026 | California Angel Mom Agnes Gibboney, who lost her son in an illegal alien-involved shooting, is blasting Gov. Gavin Newsom and state Democrats over a proposed bill that would use taxpayer dollars to fund legal defense for immigrants facing deportation. She urged voters to “stop this insanity.” This comes as California, and other sanctuary states across the country, are facing increasing pressure and scrutiny from the Trump administration for allegedly prioritizing illegal aliens over citizens. In an interview with Fox News Digital, Gibboney, whose son, Ronald, was shot and killed by an illegal alien, ripped into Newsom and California Democrats over the bill. She claimed that it is further proof that they care for illegal immigrants more than citizens. “My son was murdered,” she said. “Not one politician has ever contacted me. Not one politician said, ‘I’m so sorry that this previously deported criminal illegal alien shot and killed your son.’ Not one of them.”
